I came in for the first time to get Biab on my nails and Dhaval did such an amazing job! He really look his time to make them perfect, and I can’t even explain how much I love them. Will absolutely be coming back!!

I wanted to go back to my natural colour of dark blonde after growing my roots out for 6 months. I booked in for a bleach wash to remove the build up of old dye on the ends and then either a tone or dye to match my roots. Instead my entire hair was dyed a ginger auburn colour. I went back in after this and said this isn’t the colour I wanted its way too war... Show more »

I went back in after this and said this isn’t the colour I wanted its way too warm and auburn rather than the dark blonde I asked for. I was told it would be fixed but instead my roots were then just dyed a darker auburn colour. As you can see from the picture my hair is ginger/auburn not dark blonde.

The girls in the salon are so lovely and it’s such a shame but I’m really gutted about this as this is the one hair colour I didn’t want to be. I repeatedly said I don’t want orange undertones or any warm shades and was assured this would be taken into consideration. It also cost a lot of money that now has just been wasted and my hair is in such a state. I’m going to have to pay double elsewhere to have this corrected. Show less »

I had my haircut done by Elsa, and she was absolutely amazing! She’s a true perfectionist — every detail was done with such care and precision. I had the best experience here at the Marina!! Everyone who works there is so warm and welcoming, the minute you walk through the door. Everyone who works there is so warm and welcoming, the minute you walk through the door. A note was even added to my booking to take extra care of me as I was new- which I found really touching.

When I came to them- my hair had been completely neglected:- 2 year grown out brassy highlights with 3-4 inch root show through. My ends were dead and split, and I really wasn't feeling like myself.

After a chat in the morning to explain what I was after, Elsa took the very best care of me! I felt really relaxed with her, and trusted her within an instant.
I can't get over how much better my hair looks, and I left with a beaming smile on my face (which still hasn't faded!) even had a few complaints walking home, and felt like a different person to the one who started the day. Gained a returning customer here without a doubt- the best salon in the area! Show less »

There is a generosity of spirit in this salon that is so beautifully demonstrated by the owner, Fatima. She noticed I had my hair done yesterday by Brooke and was in having my eyes done today. Once my eyes were finished, she took me to a chair and ‘ touched up’ my hair, at no charge! She said, ‘You’re set for the day now!’. Such brilliant customer care. Booked a last minute standard facial with Era. She was incredibly welcoming and kind! Had a lovely presence and her technique was wonderful. She checked in on my comfort enough to know I was in good hands, but not so much that it took away from the experience. I love having my nails done by Daniela and have been going to her for months now. Not only is she lovely (and hilarious!) but she is also v meticulous, accommodating and makes my nails look gorgeous.
