I got a lash lift, which ruined my lashes. This was immediately blamed on my “weak lash condition”and they said this was discussed.

This was never discussed. I was only told about the “weak condition” of my lashes after the procedure was done. Professional opinion elsewhere said my lashes are not weak, and instead were over-processed.

When I messaged later to discuss a refund due to being unhappy with the result. I was told the lashes looked fine, and it was my own lash condition or my sleeping habits that caused the appearance (they looked the same way when I left the salon).

When I sent photos as proof, I was ignored. No refund issued.

Extremely unprofessional, lacking customer service, and ruined my lashes.

Terrible service, I went for a Hollywood wax and the place was very dirty and unhygienic. Maria did not take her time and rushed my treatment, she used two different waxes without telling me. She did not apply pressure on my skin or stretch it out so when pulling on the wax she was ripping my skin. The wax was too hot and I was left with skin burns, irritati... Show more »

Terrible service, I went for a Hollywood wax and the place was very dirty and unhygienic. Maria did not take her time and rushed my treatment, she used two different waxes without telling me. She did not apply pressure on my skin or stretch it out so when pulling on the wax she was ripping my skin. The wax was too hot and I was left with skin burns, irritation, bleeding, swelling and was in pain for days. When I asked for help and said I was not happy with the service and wanted a refund Maria refused to help me or give me a refund. She told me that it was not her fault for any of my injuries. I told her for others safety I was gonna report her salon, she then tried to offer me a different treatment in compensation and for me to not report the salon. Very unprofessional, will not be coming back again and I do not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs! Show less »
