Modern shopping centre in the heart of London, easy to get to by transport or by car, plenty of parking spaces. Great mix of shops and food, something for everyone. Recommend a visit

Very nice and condusive as everything is under the same roof. Great atmosphere but quite busy/packed at weekends. Beautifully decorated for the festive season. Easy access by public transport.

Too big - can’t really follow, but well done: all areas neatly arranged, luxury is evident in the details, a huge culinary offering, this is a destination within the destination, snd imho one needs at least three full days to understand what is going there. So, if the goal is a weekend dedicated to shopping, there you go: Westfield London.

Westfield London Review

Staring Primark and John Lewis

Despite the declining appeal of high street shopping. Westfield offers excellent shopping facilities.

Always places to sit down without having to spend money.

Toilets are immaculately kept and always clean.

Brilliant family rooms and free water fountains.

Superb natural light, for a very pleasant laptop working environment.

It's a shame the performance of the retailers let Westfield down.

Behind the fancy shopfronts and big names, the shopping experience is poor.
You're better off finding a nice comfortable place to sit and shopping online.

Shopping staff do not know enough about the products they sell. That's if you can find a member of staff to help you.
They simply process your purchase and that's it. You might as well buy online, with that level of service.

The food is overpriced and nothing special. You can't find a seat in the affordable mcdonald's. If you're wealthy or are having and extravagant day, you will probably find somewhere good to eat. Otherwise go to the Wetherspoon across road or bring in your KFC.

The shopping experience is not as enjoyable as it used to be. But this is not down to Westfield, but the retailers.

Primark and John Lewis are the stars of Westfield. Right next to each other, but at opposite ends of the shopping experience.

With Primark, it cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for.
With john Lewis, staff actually say hello to you and are available to help and answer questions. Old fashioned shopping experience. Show less »

I visited Westfield last week and had a wonderful experience. The Christmas lighting was so beautiful and made the whole mall feel festive and welcoming. The centre was clean, well-organised, and had a great variety of shops and food options. Staff were friendly and helpful, and overall I really enjoyed my visit. Highly recommend

It is the biggest Westfield mall in the UK for shopping from luxury to small shopping.
I frequently visit this Westfield whether I want to shop or not but it creates vibes.
My wife and I visited for black Friday and what were the surprise Christmas lights and decorations.
It is well illuminated with light and it is stunning at the moment.
You can get world food here, first class restaurants, luxury brands, and play areas.
All giants have their shops in Westfield like LV, Prada, boss, next, Primark, Tkmax etc. Show less »

Staff are very friendly and helpful and it is reasonably easy to navigate yourself around. It is always very clean inside and outside and all amenities seem to be well kept. There is parking available but also various routes easily available in very close proximity to the shopping centre itself. Show less »

An amazing shopping center! You can find high quality luxurious products but also affordable! And there are a few play areas for the kids that helps! Also you can rent little car carts that cost around 8 pounds (life savior)! We had an amazing time!

Westfield London is huge, literally everything you need in one place. Loads of shops, nice food court and plenty of spots to chill. It does get busy, especially weekends, but still easy to move around. Parking and transport links are really convenient too. Always a good vibe when I go.

The mall is clean, modern, and easy to navigate. Lots of natural light makes it feel open and comfortable. Public transport is excellent — Shepherd’s Bush station (Central line & Overground) is right next to it, and parking is also available if you come by car.

Great for shopping, dining, or just spending a few hours indoors. Highly recommended for both visitors and locals. Show less »

The Multi Faith Prayer Room on floor -3 (near The Village, open Mon-Sat 10am-9pm, Sun 12pm-6pm) offers a serene escape with sofas and ablution facilities. It’s clean, modern, and safe, but weekend crowds, tricky parking, and occasional grumpy staff can test your zen. Free WiFi and kiosks help navigate the sprawl; a 2-3 hour visit covers it. Top Tips: Hit weekdays (10am) for quieter vibes; Wood Lane or Shepherd’s Bush stations are a 5-minute walk. Use westfield.com’s app for maps and deals. Grab food court bargains or Lidl snacks nearby to save. Combine with Holland Park (15-minute walk). Expect bag checks, wear comfy shoes, and brace for a retail rollercoaster with prayerful pauses and playful charm! Show less »

One of the biggest and best shopping centres I have ever been to. Aside from being absolutely massive, it is clean and modern, and has plenty of security guards around, so it always feels safe.

There is pretty much every type of shop you can think of, and most of the major chains have a presence within the shopping centre. There is a large cinema too.

There are lots of cafes and restaurants within the shopping centre itself, as well as many restaurants outside too.

There are several car parks, offering thousands of parking spaces, which are wide and clearly marked. The car parks are a little difficult to navigate and sometimes I end up driving around struggling to really know where I am or where I'm going! Parking is ticketless, so you pay at the machine before leaving, by entering your vehicle's registration number. There are decent public transport options too, with many buses stopping outside, as well as at least 6 tube stations being within 5-10 minutes' walk of the shopping centre.

There are interactive screens to help you navigate your way around the centre, as well as several helpdesks throughout. Unfortunately, I find some of the staff working at the helpdesks to be rather unfriendly, and they often continue to have long conversations with their colleagues before they acknowledge you, but that's probably the only negative point about the shopping centre.
Apart from that, it's a fantastic place to shop, and well worth visiting. Show less »
