I had a lovely experience with Louise! She was not only lovely but also incredibly professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable. We initially did a small amount of product during our first appointment a few weeks ago, and today I returned for a top-up. I really appreciated how she didn’t overfill it the first time around , which shows how good she is.
