You’ll see from my account that I don’t usually leave reviews but Donna absolutely deserves one.

I’ve now had two 90-minute full body massages with her, and they are the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve seen multiple massage therapists locally and abroad (deep tissue, relaxation, and sports massage), and none compare to Donna’s level of care, knowledge, and professionalism.

From the moment you walk into her studio, you feel genuinely looked after. She takes time to listen, understands how the body works, and tailors the treatment to what you actually need. Her heated massage table is incredible, and as someone who is 6'4", I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve been fully supported and comfortable, no legs hanging off the end. Everything about her setup is thoughtful and inclusive.

I leave every session feeling more relaxed, more mobile, and physically better. It’s not just a massage, it’s a properly therapeutic experience.

This is one of my favourite salons ever. The atmosphere is great, staff always friendly and the services they offer very varied. I always have a great experience when coming here and would highly reccomend this place. High standard services with great customer service!

Had my first but certainly not last Hydro Facial with Donna, just wow! As soon as I arrived I was in awe of the warmth and calmness of the place. Donna went through the facial elements with me and as soon as I laid on the massage bed I didn’t want to get up! Donna’s attention to everything was immaculate, I always find most facials are never long enough but this one was just right (although I could’ve been there for a while!) my skin feels fresh & rejuvenated and I am already looking at booking my next one! I have just had a facial with Donna... she has got Magic Hands. This was the most relaxing/refreshing facial I've ever had. All the staff are so friendly, kind & knowledgeable.

I have to recommend a massage with Donna, she was brilliant - made me feel relaxed and comfortable straight away.
An excellent massage - this was my first time and I couldn't have asked for a more.
Donna went over time and at no point did I feel rushed, I will be booking again.
So clean and tidy, quality environment.

I had a fantastic evening at Look Wright, Donna created a personalised treatment package for me and my friends, we had the salon all to ourselves and this included dressing gowns. We arrived to an amazing mix of Charcuterie, cheese and biscuits and desserts as well as a couple of bottles of Prosecco.
We felt very pampered and came away feeling very relaxed and everyone is planning their next visit as Donna and her team are very friendly and knowledgeable and leave you feeling amazing.
