5-star, friendly & concise

I had such a lovely experience at London Body Centre. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel comfortable, welcome, and really well looked after. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing and professional, and I could genuinely feel the difference afterwards.

The space is clean, calming, and beautifully set up, and the staff clearly know what they’re doing. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend! Show less »

I’m someone who doesn’t trust these types of places easily, and I was genuinely nervous — especially because I’m scared of needles. From my very first visit to London Body Centre, all of those worries completely disappeared. The experience was nothing like I expected in the best possible way.
The consultation was extremely comprehensive and detailed. They took their time to talk me through everything, answered all my questions patiently, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I felt listened to and understood, which made such a difference for someone like me who needs reassurance before any treatment.
The care they take is exceptional. Every step is explained clearly, and you can tell they are very diligent and strict with all safety protocols. The team is friendly, kind, and genuinely understanding of fears and concerns. They move at your pace and make sure you’re comfortable the entire time, which helped me relax even though I was anxious.
What stood out most was how much time and care they put into the treatment itself. Nothing felt rushed — everything was done carefully and professionally, with real attention to detail. By the end, I felt safe, confident, and so glad I’d trusted them.
I now genuinely love coming here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re nervous, unsure, or scared of needles like I was, I can’t recommend London Body Centre enough. They truly go above and beyond and absolutely deserve 5 stars.🌟 Show less »

I have had multiple treatments at this clinic now and every time I've had great results. Every step of the process is handled with professionalism, warmth and an exceptional attention to detail. I have always had a friendly welcome, right from the start and everyone is so caring. The team are very knowledgeable and more than happy to give information about what is about to happen in each treatment. Before and after care is sent by email. General skincare advice is kindly passed on. Currently services are provided at a different premises - because workmen accidentally cut the power supply. Don't let this put you off booking. Avoid at all costs
Groupon buyers beware!

I purchased a Groupon voucher thinking I’d give this clinic a try, I really wish I had read the honest reviews first. The five-star reviews are clearly not genuine. Some appear to be from family and friends, while others have been offered free treatments in exchange for leaving glowing feedback (see screenshot).
It’s incredibly misleading.

The most shocking part is the complete lack of real human contact. There is no one at the clinic to answer the phone, and all communication is done by email. The responses are impersonal and robotic and most AI. They send you random appointment times, and if you can’t attend and ask to reschedule, they mark your voucher as redeemed and claim you’ve already received the treatment.

This whole setup feels dishonest and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced customer service this poor. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid this place entirely.

EDIT update - Regarding their response. I was not cc'd into any emails and my review does state that nobody was picking up the telephone so pointless saying I should have called. I'd like to point out that company then bombarded with nearly 10 emails with threatening comments and using AI to send emails threatening legal action/making demands just because I left a 1 star review. The reason I say AI is because when I first made contact, I got a 1 sentenced response with poor grammar. Yet suddenly when I was getting the threatening emails, they looked as though they had a degree in law! Based on how they treated me, I will continue to warn people not to use this awful nasty company. We are all allowed to review an experience/company that is what Google reviews are for! Can you imagine if every company sued somebody for a bad review?!?!

It’s been an absolute nightmare dealing with this place. They have deals on Groupon. I purchased one and was sent numerous forms to fill in which were not relevant to booking a massage treatment. Before I could even arrange an appointment they had marked my Groupon as redeemed. So when it ended up they were no longer able to offer me a suitable appt, I was unable to just get a refund from Groupon. Groupon contacted them to verify I had not used the voucher and they stated they did not recognise my name or email. I emailed and they said to send through again. 2 weeks later and numerous emails and Groupon very kindly refunded me but stated the merchant (London Body Centre) to this day did not respond so refunded me out of goodwill. I will continue to buy from Groupon but will NEVER use this place. It’s right near me and I wanted to try it and possibly then try more treatments but you are not able to get through on the phone either and this whole experience was bad. Very unprofessional & to falsely redeem vouchers when people haven’t even made the appt is fraudulent. It caused me a right headache!! Show less »

I have had a few treatments now and so far my experiences have been great. Maha is so friendly and polite. She’s a gem! She explained everything in detail, so that I would have a clear understanding of the treatments and how the process works. I was also given after care information, this was extremely helpful. Both ladies that have been providing my laser hair removal treatments have been lovely, friendly and professional. I'm only halfway through my treatments but it does seem that my hair regrowth has slowed so must be working.
