Unfortunately, this has been a very negative experience working with this clinic. I wanted to wait several months before leaving a review just to be sure that I was reporting accurately. I bought packages from the very beginning which was probably a mistake because I should have first done a few treatments to see what it was like before committing. The customer service is quite frustrating. From trying to get a booking, to even knowing if your booking is going to be on the day that you had originally placed, or if they’re going to tell you last minute that the doctor or treatment is not available, to waiting over 45 minutes for my appointment the first time I was there. They never know your name no matter how many times you’ve been in the clinic and they never know what you’re there for and what parts of the body you’re treating and it seems they don’t write anything down and I’ve never seen a clinic conducted like this at all my years. It’s been one of the worst experiences that I’ve had worldwide. The lack of communication amongst the team & the lack of management cohesion makes this a very high anxiety experience as you don’t know what issue will arise upon each visit. The doctors are not in house so one doesn’t know what or how the last one did and they each have different techniques, which I find very problematic, especially if you’re doing multiple treatments, as I don’t believe that should be the customers responsibility to keep track. Paying for packages doesn’t mean that you’ve prepaid for the treatment and that it’s guaranteed it will be in stock when you need it. You’ve just given them your money and they are basically free to do whatever they want with it. Show less »
