I booked my appointment via social media message, as I couldn't find the consultation I wanted on the booking site. Lucy messaged me and made an appointment. When I arrived I was told that she had gone home due to an emergency (it took me almost an hour to get to the canford cliffs clinic). I booked my appointment via social media message, as I couldn't find the consultation I wanted on the booking site. Lucy messaged me and made an appointment. When I arrived I was told that she had gone home due to an emergency (it took me almost an hour to get to the canford cliffs clinic). I understand there is situations but I should've been informed of this as it then wasted almost 2 hours of my time to get to the clinic then go home again. I've only given a 2 star rating and not 1 star, due to the other girl that was working who does the facials. She was very apologetic and offered to get me booked in again.
