Sarah was so professional and dedicated, ensuring that the treatment was a relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish. She was so accomplished and I never felt rushed during the appointment; it was clear that Sara genuinely cared about making sure I achieved the best possible results.

After the treatment, my skin felt so refreshed, radiant, and smooth—she truly worked wonders!

I booked my appointment via social media message, as I couldn't find the consultation I wanted on the booking site. Lucy messaged me and made an appointment. I booked my appointment via social media message, as I couldn't find the consultation I wanted on the booking site. Lucy messaged me and made an appointment. When I arrived I was told that she had gone home due to an emergency (it took me almost an hour to get to the canford cliffs clinic). I understand there is situations but I should've been informed of this as it then wasted almost 2 hours of my time to get to the clinic then go home again. I've only given a 2 star rating and not 1 star, due to the other girl that was working who does the facials. She was very apologetic and offered to get me booked in again.
