I met Lucy years ago and she was always gently encouraging me to come to her for aesthetics. I absolutely loved her and trusted her, but I was very loyal to my original practitioner and kept putting it off. Looking back now, that was the biggest mistake - I should have gone to Lucy sooner, and I mean that wholeheartedly.

Fast forward to my consultation with Lucy. I knew I was unhappy with my face but couldn’t quite put my finger on why. Lucy was incredibly honest with me and explained that my chin filler needed to be dissolved. I’d lost a lot of weight and the filler was no longer right for my face. She explained it kindly and professionally - never critical - but clear that it was time to reset. She also advised dissolving my old lip filler and focusing on my skin.

I was honestly terrified of the idea of dissolving, but I trusted Lucy completely. When I say it was pain-free, it truly was. Her approach was all about creating a completely natural face and improving skin quality rather than overfilling. She put me on a proper skin regime and said that would be the real transformation and she was right.

Since then, I’ve had peels, microneedling, and started Obagi through Lucy and Sara. The transformation in such a short space of time has been incredible. My skin texture has massively improved, scarring has reduced, and I am genuinely glowing. Even with the odd hormonal breakout, my skin looks better than it ever has. It’s the first time I’ve wanted to wear little to no makeup and my friends cannot believe the difference.

Lucy has since re-filled my lips very naturally after dissolving them, and I absolutely love them. I also feel like I’ve truly got my face back now that my natural chin shape has been restored.

Sara is an absolute skin expert and is always guiding me on what to use, what not to use, and how to look after my skin properly. There is never any pressure or unnecessary upselling - just honest advice and genuine care.

I booked my appointment via social media message, as I couldn't find the consultation I wanted on the booking site. Lucy messaged me and made an appointment. I booked my appointment via social media message, as I couldn't find the consultation I wanted on the booking site. Lucy messaged me and made an appointment. When I arrived I was told that she had gone home due to an emergency (it took me almost an hour to get to the canford cliffs clinic). I understand there is situations but I should've been informed of this as it then wasted almost 2 hours of my time to get to the clinic then go home again. I've only given a 2 star rating and not 1 star, due to the other girl that was working who does the facials. She was very apologetic and offered to get me booked in again.
