Unfortunately due to her, what I can only assume, is her inexperience with tear trough treatment and how to apply damage limitation techniques when a blood vessel has been hit, left me with devastatingly horrendous black bruising. The issue was that I specifically told Amy about a party on 17th Dec and she stated that it would all be settled by then. Her reasoning is that she is trained in and uses a cannula which is non invasive with little or no bruising, which I know is true. However, the Cannula and needle were used and as you can see from my photo, that my bruises were black and very bad.
It’s also so strange, that even though I have the transcripts from our conversation, Amy very oddly twists comments and makes things up. I asked for treatment in the tear trough area for my hollows. I had this done about 10 years ago and it was amazing! No bruising and it lasted for years! Amy promoted skin booster which I was open to and before leaving, I texted to say I would let Amy advise on what I need, filler, booster or both. She confirmed ok and 45 minutes later, upon arrival, Amy told me that the Skin booster had been used on a previous client, which I felt was unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional of her. The list of issues goes on and I can safely say that I was not happy with any part of the service or treatment and definitely would not recommend. The image is after 8 days. After 3 days I sent Amy a photo and she said it would start to clear up in a few days, I think she must have been looking at someone else’s photo, because you don’t need to be a medic, to see it’s going to get a lot worse, before it starts to get better, which it did. Very inaccurate and strange response.
Weird, unprofessional and inexperienced in the treatment of the under eye area and 100% would NOT recommend. Show less »

Amy is amazing! I've just moved to the area and was looking for someone fab at lip fillers. Amy is amazing! I've just moved to the area and was looking for someone fab at lip fillers. I'm super picky when it comes to choosing people for lip fillers (after all it's your face!) but after looking at Amy's Instagram you could really see the time and skill that goes into every aesthetic procedure she does. I've had my lips done a few times before by someone on Harley Street where the aesthetic practioner barely said hello and you left within a matter of minutes. Going to visit Amy was the polar opposite, she was so welcoming and friendly, throughout the whole procedure she kept checking in to make sure I was ok and not in any pain. She spent so much time and effort making sure everything was balanced and looking natural. Amy used less filler than I'd had before but managed to make twice as much impact because of the time she'd spent really shaping my lips and adding filler in the right places. I will definitely be going back to Amy again for a top up and have been recommending her to all my friends. It just goes to show the difference in care and attention to detail when choosing to support local businesses. Amy is fabulous, highly reccomend! Show less »

WASTE OF MONEY & VERY RUDE. I had BOTOX treatment with Amy, she said that she used BOTOLUX for this. After 2 weeks BOTOX didn't work at all. I visited her & I said: " You used BOTOLUX but not BOTOX & it didn't work. I am not sure it would work now with just BOTOLUX top up & I would prefer my money back."
