Very disappointed by the professionalism; I booked a £90 facial (plus a £5 tip) to which I accidentally missed. Because this was my wrongdoing, I took full accountability, apologised twice and still send the remainder of the money. Considering I’ve had the decency to full amount + a tip, I would’ve expected to been contacted back and not blocked.
The deposit set in place is for no shows and cancellations, so I expected to at least be responded back to when I’ve transferred an extra £81 off my back. I even tried checking up the day after to ensure Libby received the money, which was when I noticed I’d been blocked.
Sending the money was never an issue as I understand it’s on me, but the professionalism afterwards has made me feel embarrassed for doing it. When I missed the appointment, I had a message accusing me of wasting resources (because she had opened everything beforehand), and time wasting. I do see how it appears that way, but I never had the chance to even explain my self or offer to pay. My friends and family were baffled at how unprofessional it was when I showed them.
Again, I have apologised twice and done all I could to rectify it, I do believe blocking a customer over this is disrespectful when they’ve taken accountability and paid for an expensive service + tip when many others would’ve refused. Show less »

My go-to salon for everything!! I can’t recommend enough, I had a non-surgical rhinoplasty by Libby, she is so informative and makes you feel comfortable, her work is unreal with great results!! I have gone to Chanelle for a couple of years getting my nails done and they are the best, i’ve never had any issues with them and I ALWAYS get compliments. This salon is absolutely beautiful! It’s clean and hygienic, all the staff are friendly and approachable, the decor is calming and relaxing all the way throughout! I get aesthetic treatments done here and have had lashes and nails here in the past too, and all treatments have been a really positive experience with well trained staff who help you feel comfort... Had my make up done by Tahira, there was some miscommunication regarding a slot that my sister cancelled but I arrived with my daughter to and explained that she will take up the spot. I explained the situation that the appointments shouldn’t have been cancelled and was a miscommunication. Tahira had 0 sympathy. She claimed she had another client on the way... Show more »

Tahira had 0 sympathy. She claimed she had another client on the way in the next 5mins, however we waited outside the salon for 25 minutes, and no client ever turned up. She had taken a deposit, lied about another client turning up in the next 5 mins.
there was no sign of one as I purposely waited!
I explained to Tahira that my daughter is only 11, she literally wanted something light, which she could have done but refused to do. Customer service is awful, it doesn’t cost much to be a nice human. She could have made my daughter’s day but instead thought how she could have got off work a little earlier. Show less »
