This salon is absolutely beautiful! It’s clean and hygienic, all the staff are friendly and approachable, the decor is calming and relaxing all the way throughout! I get aesthetic treatments done here and have had lashes and nails here in the past too, and all treatments have been a really positive experience with well trained staff who help you feel comfort... Had my make up done by Tahira, there was some miscommunication regarding a slot that my sister cancelled but I arrived with my daughter to and explained that she will take up the spot. I explained the situation that the appointments shouldn’t have been cancelled and was a miscommunication. Tahira had 0 sympathy. She claimed she had another client on the way... Show more »

Had my make up done by Tahira, there was some miscommunication regarding a slot that my sister cancelled but I arrived with my daughter to and explained that she will take up the spot. I explained the situation that the appointments shouldn’t have been cancelled and was a miscommunication.
Tahira had 0 sympathy. She claimed she had another client on the way in the next 5mins, however we waited outside the salon for 25 minutes, and no client ever turned up. She had taken a deposit, lied about another client turning up in the next 5 mins.
there was no sign of one as I purposely waited!
I explained to Tahira that my daughter is only 11, she literally wanted something light, which she could have done but refused to do. Customer service is awful, it doesn’t cost much to be a nice human. She could have made my daughter’s day but instead thought how she could have got off work a little earlier. Show less »
