I’ve now had several sessions over time and no one could put me more at ease. Leanne is impeccable in both her professionalism but also her empathetic sweet nature. She cares for you throughout the procedure and aftercare. She genuinely listens, cares and ensures you’re fully comfortable always. A total care package in a session. I feel I’ve made a friend in my practitioner. She keeps you calm and talks you through every step of what she’s doing, which for someone like me is crucial and is very reassuring. She also happens to be the nicest most authentic angel of a woman. I don’t think twice with her, trusting I’ll get the lips I desire time and time again - and she listens and achieves it. She comes from a nursing background and this makes me more at ease, she will check everything is going as it should and after that your lips/area are responding.
