Staff are lovely, they give an excellent personalised service, would highly recommend Leila and Reilly. They both made me feel comfortable, and are really nice and friendly to talk to. The spa Itself is very clean and classy and gives you a very calming vibe during the sessions.

Leila made you feel so relaxed , explained what she was going to use , she’s made my back and shoulders feel new again

As it was my first ever treatment on my face, I was quite anxious, but Shanur took the time to listen to my concerns and instantly put me at ease. I had a micro needling appointment with Shanur and she was very thorough and attentive and made sure I understood everything about my treatment. She even explained changes I need to make in my at home skincare and gave me sample recommendations! Such a great experience.

I had the Clean Lift Skin Treatment at this medi spa, and I’m extremely happy with the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took time to explain each step of the treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session.

Leila was amazing for my laser treatment. She was so professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole appointment. My first time visiting Medispa and definitely not the last one. Beautiful place ,spotless and clean with a homely feel.
I was greater by Remi who was very professional, welcoming and knowledgable. It’s a lovely place, variety of treatments available for both skin and body care.

I had an amazing experience at this MediSpa. The facility is exceptionally clean, and every staff member was warm, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure I felt comfortable and supported from the very beginning to the end of my treatment. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning!

Flawless service, expertise and treatment. I saw Shanur for a skin analysis and Botox. Shanur was fantastic, she truly has the best interests of her clients at the centre. She takes time to genuinely understand the needs and complexities of each individual (I speak on behalf of myself and my mum) and I wouldn’t look anywhere else for treatment of this kind.

I had a HydraFacial at Medi Spa and it was an excellent experience. My skin felt instantly fresh clean and rejuvenated. The staff were professional friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The clinic is spotless and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Definitely a 5 star experience from me. Highly recommended.

Leicester MediSpa is excellent. I’m currently having laser treatment there and cannot fault it. The staff are all lovely and welcoming. The MediSpa is affordable too. Looking forward to having some more treatments there.

I received a full email report with photos and helpful advice on treatments, skincare, and lifestyle changes. Ellena explained everything clearly and is so knowledgeable. I’ve had 2 out of 6 IPL sessions so far and can already see a difference. Highly recommend! Show less »

I had such a great experience with my laser appointment! Leyla was amazing—so friendly, professional, and really put me at ease. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The clinic was super clean and welcoming, and I’m already so happy with the results. Visited Leicester MediSpa for a review on the Melasma Treatment I am having. Very comfortable and friendly environment. All the girls there are exceptionally friendly. Shanur has full knowledge and experience of various skin conditions and the advice she offers is good, clear and very honest. She will tell you the truth! My Melasma using the Obagi Nu Derm Treatment has almost cleared up and I can honestly say in my working week I don't wear make-up which is something I have never done before. The recommended treatment is working exceptionally well on my skin.
