I've been eyeing up treatments from Clare for the last year or so as her treatment room is in the same building as my hairdresser.

As it happens I've had a rough month with home renovations and starting a new job and my skin wasn't doing too well and I thought I would treat myself to a facial.

I booked for an extraction facial BUT when I turned up and Clare saw me we pivoted and did a carboxy facial instead. Clare took one look at me, was so kind (I nearly cried) and immediately offered a hug and got me on the bed and just gave some space and kindness.

(As someone that hasn't had a proper facial in years it wad a lovely experience). Also the carboxy facial has absolutely rejuvenated my skin and you wouldn't know I'd been washing my face in a pan of water for the last month 🤣

Super professional and so kind, Clare really listens and tailors treatment to everyone. I only mentioned I had some bruising after last treatment and she tailored the usual technique, which took her more time in the session but it worked for me - no bruising! ♥️
