Rachel absolutely KILLED IT with my HD brows! This was my first time here after a disappointing experience at the last place I went to, and Rachel was amazing, did exactly what I asked for, explained every step of the process and made sure to check multiple times that I was happy before I left the chair! It was also my first time getting my brows tinted, as a redhead I was slightly worried about not getting a good colour match, but it is literally PERFECT, I actually can't tell which hairs were tinted vs not cause it matches that well! I have been to lash+brow lab for years to get my eyebrows done and have always loved them and always recommend to everyone. Today for the first time I tried a hot stone massage with Anita. Anita was sooooo lovely, and really took the time to go through everything before, after and throughout the massage. I’ve never had a hot stone massage before and wasn’t sure what to expect, especially as someone who often gets sports massages which are quite intense and certainly not relaxing. I felt Anita provided a massage that was the perfect balance of incredibly relaxing while still feeling that the muscles were being worked. I really appreciated that she asked me what level of pressure I wanted, and if there were any parts of my body I didn’t want massaged. I personally don’t like my tummy being massaged and being English and not one to complain, I probably would have grinned and bore it if she massaged my tummy even though I wouldn’t have particularly liked it, so I’m glad that she asked and I ended up loving the entire treatment. The only disappointing part was when the massage had to end at the end of the session - I could have stayed there for hours!! I already have a Swedish massage booked in with Anita in a few weeks and I’m really excited to try another style of massage with her. Thank you so much Anita! Show less »

Best salon in South London. Not just for treatments but for customer care & service. I’ve been going to Rachel for my brows since they first opened and won’t let anyone touch my brows apart from her. I first left a 5* review when I first visited but came back to edit it as I’ve been seeing people making false reviews because they’re jealous or unhappy with the recent price increases. I booked in for a massage with Anita, just before my return to work from maternity to feel fresh and ready for what was to come my way… Anita was absolutely lovely. She greeted me at the door with such a great smile and took my downstairs to commence my treatment. She went through a few questions with me and then got me all ready and settled for my massage... Anita was absolutely lovely. She greeted me at the door with such a great smile and took my downstairs to commence my treatment. She went through a few questions with me and then got me all ready and settled for my massage.

The room was nice and warm and the music really made me feel relaxed. During the massage Anita was checking in making sure I was ok with the pressure.

When the treatment came to an end I felt so re-energised and fresh…like I had a new body.

I will definitely be being more selfish and booking in some more massage. Show less »
