Called and left a message, no reply. Went to the shop, sign in window gave a mobile number with a digit missing. I then sent them an email. Eventually found the mobile number on their website so sent a text requesting an appointment to discuss tattoo removal. I got a text back asking what i wanted, even though i'd said in my original voice message, email and the text they replied to. I text back what i wanted and they didn't reply any more. As a business owner, I seriously recommend giving your heads a wobble, shutting down and going back to school. If this is how they deal with new/potential clients I'm actually pleased i didn't use them. There are other more professional companies in the area to use!! Show less »

I had met Emily a few times in social situations and she always seemed passionate and knowledgeable about the industry. I finally decided to bite the bullet and went for a consultation for laser hair removal in October 2023 and haven't looked back since! I was able to take up an offer to pay in 2 installments and the results are amazing. I have just finished my course and I am so pleased with the results.
I also had skin tag removal which again has had great results.
I'm actually going to miss the monthly updates about life with Emily but I am sure I will be back in the future.

Debbie is friendly and understanding, her knowledge is incredible and makes me feel at ease.
