I have a major needle phobia, but Karolina made sure I felt comfortable and kept me distracted with friendly conversation, so I barely noticed what was being done to my face :)

After losing 6+ stone, I gained my confidence back in myself, but still covered up due to my “hormonal hair” on my neck. This became a set back for me and really was making me self conscious.
I was recommended by my friend to come and visit Karolina whilst she was having her treatment. I had my consultation and Karolina went through everything I should/shouldn’t be doing, what to expect and booked me in for my treatment.
Karolina is not only knowledgeable, her clinic is very clean and presentable and she honestly has worked magic!
I’ve now just had my 3rd treatment and honestly cannot thank Karolina enough. My skin feels and looks amazing and the hair is pretty much gone. I still have 3 more treatments to go as I booked a package of 6 (worth going for the package deal) and this will continue to grab any stubborn hiding hairs.
The confidence I now feel is amazing! Only regret I have is not finding Karolina sooner.

My therapist Karolina was not only professional but incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the entire process to me, answering all my questions and ensuring I was comfortable throughout each session.

I’ve seen a significant reduction in hair growth, and my skin feels smoother than ever. The treatments were quick, efficient, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
