My experience at laser clinic Hounslow was amazing!
It was not my first time here, as I’ve gone under the facial treatment they have here a few times now, but it was my first time ever doing laser hair removal as I’m a male athlete and ingrown hairs can be something very annoying to deal with when performing, so I did it on both my legs and my whole chest, and I’m extremely happy with the whole treatment! They were great, very helpful and easy to book and also advised me on what I had to do before coming in for the treatment. Excellent customer service I’ll say! Very relaxing as well, as I even ended up falling asleep mid treatment ahahah.
Will be back, and definitely recommend!

I visited LaserClinic Hounslow three times, twice at the original location and once at the new one. I recommended to my sister and a friend, both of whom were satisfied with their treatments. Rocio, the esthetician, is professional and attentive. I was pleased with the hydro facial face cleaning I received. However, after taking a break due to having a baby, I returned as a regular customer only to be disappointed. The new location is not as nice, and the esthetician provided me with subpar service. She didn't explain the treatment and left bright lights in front of my face, which was uncomfortable. I contacted Rocio about the issue, and she promised to address it but hasn't followed up yet. I didn't want to leave a negative review, Its sad that they treatet me that way because I wanted to be a regular customer but I'm disappointed with the poor service and lack of concern. Show less »
