I’m not normally one to leave a review, but felt I needed to comment, having been a client since the clinic first opened. First and foremost, my treatments have always been wonderful, with every practitioner I’ve seen over the years. I now find myself returning less for ‘treatment’ and more for maintenance or a well-earned pamper.
Over the past five years, I’ve had a variety of treatments — including different facials and peels — which have supported my ever-changing skin through acne, scarring, and uneven texture. I genuinely cannot say enough about how well looked after I feel at every visit, or how much of a difference the products and treatments have made to my skin. This is very much down to the practitioners, who consistently take the time to understand my concerns and treat them with care, skill, and attention.
The clinic has always been spotlessly clean, which immediately puts you at ease. The rooms are always tidy and well-kept, everything feels fresh and cared for, and there’s a genuinely high standard without it ever feeling too clinical or cold. Alongside the calming scent and relaxed atmosphere, it’s a space where you can truly switch off. The practitioners are always professional and presentable, and the clinic feels warm and welcoming — a real little luxury on the corner of Queens Road.
I absolutely recommend the Biopeeling and facial treatments if you want great results while also needing to de-stress. I’m also a huge fan of pressotherapy and occasionally top up my laser hair removal treatments when needed.
For laser hair removal, my treatments were adapted as my hair growth reduced, and I really noticed the difference. Not only has it significantly reduced regrowth, but it’s also helped smooth my skin — I honestly can’t remember the last time I had an ingrown hair. I’ve also had treatments for stretch marks, seeing results without any problems or reactions, which is a blessing as my skin is usually very sensitive.
Overall, this is really just a long thank-you to the ladies at LSG, who have helped me feel my best and continue to do so every time I visit. I’m looking forward to trying more of their treatments and to my next glow-up.
