I unfortunately was quite let down by Helen when I had a dreadlock appointment booked, Helen then changed the date of the appointment which I didnt mind but then she cancelled on the day. This felt unfair as she told me I would need to give 24 hours notice if I needed to cancel and her reason for cancelling was that she wanted to enjoy the sunshine. When I went to reschedule, Helen then told me I would need to find someone else to do the job. I would much rather her have been honest from the start and just told me she didn't have capacity rather than waiting and changing just to be told to find someone else anyway in the end. Show less »

I have been going to Helen for over a year now and tried various procedures. I can't praise Helen enough. Helen is always on hand if you have concerns or questions and very knowledgeable. She puts you at ease and ensures the treatments are correct for the individual. I have also started to use the alumier skin care and my skin is looking amazing. I am so pleased I made the decision to start having treatments but the best decision was choosing Helen to do them.
