Helen is wonderful. Came here to have my lip filler dissolved after a few years of filler build up (filler was done elsewhere) and Helen was so lovely and reassuring. She explained the procedure to me and was very comforting during the process. Thank you :)

I unfortunately was quite let down by Helen when I had a dreadlock appointment booked, Helen then changed the date of the appointment which I didnt mind but then she cancelled on the day. This felt unfair as she told me I would need to give 24 hours notice if I needed to cancel and her reason for cancelling was that she wanted to enjoy the sunshine. When I went to reschedule, Helen then told me I would need to find someone else to do the job. I would much rather her have been honest from the start and just told me she didn't have capacity rather than waiting and changing just to be told to find someone else anyway in the end. Show less »

Helen has been so great about explaining the different treatments available to treat my skin concerns. She is very professional and kind. I have been going to Helen for over a year now and tried various procedures. I can't praise Helen enough. She is always professional and talks through the procedure explaining everything
Helen is always on hand if you have concerns or questions and very knowledgeable. She puts you at ease and ensures the treatments are correct for the individual. I have also started to use the alumier skin care and my skin is looking amazing. I am so pleased I made the decision to start having treatments but the best decision was choosing Helen to do them. I've had 2 microneedling treatments with Helen so far and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to do the same. She took the time to find out about my skin goals (to improve historic scars from chicken pox & acne) and was very patient with me throughout the treatment, kindly pausing to give me breaks along the way. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and gave me extensive information about the treatment. I'm looking forward to starting to see the results in a couple of weeks and I'll definitely be returning for further microneedling sessions.😊 Show less »

I have been to Helen twice now, once for lip filler and the other time for anti wrinkle treatment.
Both times I have been made to feel comfortable and welcomed.
Helen is very professional and is very knowledgeable in this area, helen discussed with me my options and listened to what it was I wanted to achieve.
As a professional practitioner Helen guided me in choosing what was right for me and my face, I liked her honesty that was given, you can clearly see the passion in her work and that she's not just out to make a quick buck or two. I highly recommend Helen,.
