I visited for an eyebrow tint and shape, and I have to say how amazing my experience was with Ellie. I’m usually quite antisocial nervous at any appointment to the point I barely speak I just sit in silence and leave. I don’t really go to salons visits & I'm insecure about my natural brows due to how light the hairs are so I felt a bit embarrassed but again Ellie got rid of that fear. She complimented them, telling me they looked beautiful and if I take care of them because of how symmetrical they are. That genuinely made my day.

As for the work itself she did a brilliant job tinting and shaping them, carefully touching them up with plucking and making sure to ask if I wanted any changes. She made it clear she wouldn’t be offended if I wanted to tweak anything, which made me feel very reassured. Normally if I’m not 100% happy, I’d just say yes to avoid awkwardness - but I actually spoke up this time to make them thinner and I was so happy with the results.
