First time having 'my lady area' waxed, Mel made me feel comfortable and relaxed as I waa nervous. Mel talked me through everything and talked throughout to distract me which it certainly did. Was so impressed I booked my next session straight away 😁

I was really thankful you were able to fit me in at short notice.
Daisy was absolutely lovely. Really chatty to me and my daughter who I had to bring with me.

I drive across from another town now to still come here because it's always fab service and I feel well looked after. Thank you.

This was my second visit to the LAB and again I received a friendly and professional service. Mel makes you feel relaxed during the procedure and the Salon it's self is both smart and clean. There are several large car parks minutes away and Sidcup is well served by Buses. A great experience.

I was a walk in client today - so accommodating and fitted me in straight away between clients. I was very grateful. Friendly salon, lovely staff and fab treatment!!! Definitely be returning!! Thank you x

Waxed my Mel today in preparation for my honeymoon.
I was very nervous as I have not waxed in a long time. Mel put me at ease with the flowing conversation. She was very knowledgable and professional at all times.
Highly recommend!
