Really love this salon. It is a really beautiful and calm space. I have had several different treatments with Shadi now and her attention to detail is amazing. She takes her time and really make sure the treatment is perfect. I have been to lots of places in surbiton but this is my favourite!

I’m really disappointed with my experience using this hair-removal laser service. After six full sessions, I saw almost no noticeable results, and it honestly felt like the machine just wasn’t very effective.
On top of that, the technician didn’t seem very professional during some of my visits, she looked like she was in a bad mood, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. After the sixth session, she insisted I should continue with even more sessions, and it left me wondering if they were just trying to get more money out of me rather than actually helping me see results.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The laser didn’t work for me, and the service didn’t give me much confidence either. Show less »

Had a biab manicure here today. The salon was so calming and the lady doing my nails really took her time on my nails. So happy with the outcome, will be booking again for my next manicure.

I have been delighted with La Nova and the fantastic atmosphere, services, and treatments at La Nova by Shadi. The clinic is clean and soothing. Treatment for hair and skin services is knowledgeable, calm and professional to the highest standard. I’m pleased to be a repeat visitor.

This salon has a great calming atmosphere when you walk in. The facial
Package I bought has really revived my skin and I walk out of the salon feeling calm and my skin is hydrated. Shadi really gives it the personal touch and is very professional

I had a skin booster with polynucleotides at La Nova to target dark circles and under-eye tiredness, and I’m already seeing a difference. The area looks brighter, smoother, and more hydrated. The treatment was quick and comfortable, and the therapist was very reassuring. I’m excited to continue the course. 😊
