Recently visited the clinic. Had three moulds removed one on my face and on the back of my head plus on the back of my neck. All done in a nice clean relaxing environment. The clinician was very professional and reassuring on the treatment and advice on after care.

From the moment I walked through the door Katie put me completely at ease with her friendly welcome and spotless, modern clinic. She found the vein first time, the needle was in and out quicker than my phone unlocking, and I barely felt a thing....

Yesterday I visited KLA Medical Aesthetics Clinic in Grantham for a blood draw and honestly left feeling pampered. From the moment I walked through the door Katie put me completely at ease with her friendly welcome and spotless, modern clinic. She found the vein first time, the needle was in and out quicker than my phone unlocking, and I barely felt a thing. Katie talked me through every step, checked I was comfortable, and had me bandaged up and off on my way in under a few minutes.
The whole experience ran like clockwork - easy online booking, no waiting on arrival, and the clinic is so clean you could eat your lunch off the floor (though I suspect that’s not on the treatment menu). I’ll happily recommend KLA - and Katie in particular - to friends, family, and anyone else who'll listen.

Katie is absolutely amazing at what she does, it’s a lovely clinic with a really professional but friendly feel to it. I travel an hour each way to see Katie, she’s the best! Highly recommend!
