Absolutely awful service, if something goes wrong they will just ignore you. I have seen others report issues in Facebook groups in Harrogate and they get the posts removed. I paid for Botox in December and there was absolutely no change and it didn’t work, I’ve had Botox for years and this has never happened but after chasing them numerous times finally got a follow up appt and a top up. At the appointment the practitioner didn’t mention a word about why he just put some more in and I left - Another 2 months on, still no results and fighting to get some kind of answers but they ignore all my emails and messages! All I was asking for is another review, explanation or a refund. I’ve sent messages and a formal complaint asking for their complaints procedure, still awaiting a reply, reporting to the CQC if I don’t hear back. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt but shouldn’t have. Hopefully they will answer me after reading this but I don’t hold out much hope! Show less »

Excellent service- knowledgable, friendly and down to earth. I feel like I’m in very safe and well experienced hands. I especially love that it’s a family run business and you can really tell that too- it feels welcoming and not cold and money grabbing like other places I’ve tried. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

What a lovely facility and team. The clinic is so clean and tidy, and every one who I came into contact with and spoke to were so welcoming and professional. It’s my first time with any aesthetics but I will certainly return here. Thank you again.

I had such a positive experience at Kita Aesthetics. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff gave a warm, informative, and helpful welcome, making me feel completely at ease. Shaun, the injector, was transparent, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the whole process. The injections themselves were very comfortable, and I felt confident in his expertise the entire time. Parking was easy and convenient, right outside on Buck Street, which made the visit stress-free. Brilliant service from Shaun. He was extremely efficient and professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, which really put me at ease. I’m so happy with my Botox and lip filler results and couldn’t recommend him enough.

I would highly recommend Kita Asthetics for all your treatments, the staff are friendly and professional, you are not kept waiting and you get value for money, its cheaper than most places but you don't get a lesser treatment or service. You just book online and pay a deposit, really easy and quick. Excellent service, thank you

Today was the first time I had Botox

Don’t choose this clinic… they damaged my lip i have lump in it and one side bigger like another and they said its my fault because i didnt drink too much water are you kidding me? ( I drink water everyday more then once) They said come back pay for another lip filler and we can fix it… NO WAY!!!! If you have some problem don't expect help from them!

I first came to the clinic nearly 5 years ago but haven’t been for 3.5 years as my filler has lasted so well (and I’m blessed with amazing collagen), but wanted to define my shape a bit more so visited again to see the wonderful Shaun who understood what I wanted, a natural looking full lip with definition. Yes your lips will swell and you may get some bruising but this is totally normal even with experienced injectors. Thanks again for such a positive experience from a very nervous client - yes even though I’m not a newbie to filler and covered in tattoos 🤣 10/10. Show less »
