Kate explained all the proces carefully as well so I was prepared what the upkeep will be.

The tapes themselves are incredible, super lightweight, discreet, and perfectly blended with my natural hair. They feel so comfortable that I genuinely forget I’m wearing extensions, and the finish is flawless. The colour match is spot on, and the hair quality is amazing, soft, glossy, and easy to style. This is my second set and we have gone for european hair this time which blends in so well with my fine har

What really stands out is the attention to detail and care. The application was quick and precise, with no pulling or discomfort at all. I’ve had tape extensions before elsewhere, but these are by far the best I’ve ever had, they sit flat, don’t show, and still look fresh weeks later.

Not only is Kate a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also a wonderful person to be around. Her friendly and welcoming nature makes every visit a pleasure. The salon itself is stunning and offers everything a girl could need, from eyelash tech to nails and many other treatment's, all with 5-star service.

Kate also has her own shampoo, conditioner, and hair treatment brand. I’ve never been so satisfied with any products like these - they smell amazing and make my hair feel so nice, soft and shinny.

I wouldn’t have dream of going anywhere else. Spending hours at Kate’s salon to get all my treatments done in one day is the best monthly treat I give myself. Kate is great at walking through the entire process, getting you booked in for a consultation and fitting in such a quick turn around.

She has built a team with a lovely culture and has soon become someone I'd now consider a friend and someone that I always look forward to seeing. She provides a very professional service in her beautiful salon. Which is always clean and well stocked with lots of lovely drinks.

She's great at advising on aftercare and explaining products suitable for the longevity of your hair and extensions, to make sure that they last in their best condition and stay looking as natural as possible.

My friends are often surprised I have extensions because they are fitted so well and look so natural. Mel, the in-house colourist is amazing at toning my hair ready for extensions or topping up highlights during maintenance. I've been going to the salon just over a year and I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my colour and extensions done.
