New dentist she seems really nice got in quickly no waiting in the waiting room was straight in and dealt with in ease and comfort , yes thank you for getting me in at such short notice, and getting it sorted within the day , roll in next appointment to get my impressions took , I’d av ad a cancellation today at 3 pm but couldn’t get a lift , so ad to stick to original appointment, so overall very pleased and satisfied highly recommend, great staff on reception and dentists and nurses look after you thoroughly, yea all good from me 🙌🙌🙌🙌 Show less »

Awful experience – I was double-charged £1200. Despite raising this immediately, the practice has failed to resolve it. Taking such a large sum twice is completely unacceptable, and the lack of urgency or accountability shows a total disregard for patients. Awful experience – I was double-charged £1200. Despite raising this immediately, the practice has failed to resolve it. Taking such a large sum twice is completely unacceptable, and the lack of urgency or accountability shows a total disregard for patients.
This behaviour is unprofessional, unethical, and has destroyed my trust in this dentist. I am now escalating the matter through my bank/credit card provider, who have advised that they may involve the authorities, and I will also be reporting the practice to the General Dental Council.
To make matters worse, I have since received a phone call asking me to pay another £1200 – which would bring the total to £3600. This level of confusion and mismanagement is shocking.
I strongly urge anyone considering this dentist to be extremely cautious. Show less »
