Dentist Louise Lilley welcoming and thorough as usual. I found the introduction of iPad signing-in at reception to be a sad unnecessary change. No quicker, impersonal nonsense. Keep the staff instead please.

I went to this dentist today as a very nervous patient. Had to have a tooth extraction. Everything was explained from start to finish and I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. Excellent, highly recommended.

Had a crown drop off on bank holiday monday. Managed to save the crown. Rang practice Tuesday. Could have been seen that day but was travelling so went following day. Saw a loveley dentist who sorted me out straight away.
I'm quite new to the practice but have been very happy with their care.

The dentist/dental nurse where very professional for the 1 hour i was attended to.My appointment was for 10am and I was out for 11am.They both were very polite and attentive when asked questions. High praise to both,they made it a pleasant visit.Thankyou.

Stephi is a sound dentist always been in a good vibe with her , yea I appreciate the surgery for keeping me informed with my appointments a few days earlier than the appointment, yea it’s a nice surgery with good staff and a good vibe about the place . New dentist she seems really nice got in quickly no waiting in the waiting room was straight in and dealt with in ease and comfort , yes thank you for getting me in at such short notice, and getting it sorted within the day , roll in next appointment to get my impressions took , I’d av ad a cancellation today at 3 pm but couldn’t get a lift , so ad to stick to original appointment, so overall very pleased and satisfied highly recommend, great staff on reception and dentists and nurses look after you thoroughly, yea all good from me 🙌🙌🙌🙌 Show less »

Great dentist surgery. Text notifications for appointments for reminders of your appointment, friendly staff and Dr Carrie Poole is a really lovely dentist. She is very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly and always puts you at ease.

Awful experience – I was double-charged £1200. Despite raising this immediately, the practice has failed to resolve it. Taking such a large sum twice is completely unacceptable, and the lack of urgency or accountability shows a total disregard for patients.
This behaviour is unprofessional, unethical, and has destroyed my trust in this dentist. I am now escalating the matter through my bank/credit card provider, who have advised that they may involve the authorities, and I will also be reporting the practice to the General Dental Council.
To make matters worse, I have since received a phone call asking me to pay another £1200 – which would bring the total to £3600. This level of confusion and mismanagement is shocking.
I strongly urge anyone considering this dentist to be extremely cautious. Show less »

Both Anna and her assistant were lovely. Needed a replacement filling on a molar. They listened to me and were very understanding, patient and gentle (I’ve a bit of a phobia of dentists from my childhood)

my dentist is super nice, the receptionists today seemed a bit two faced though, we came in a little late (10m) because of a family emergency and when receptionists were speaking to eachother about us they said “tell __ his patients are here” and the other nurses replied “really? they’re here?” which was odd, one was sat playing with her hair with a claw cli... I've been attending this practice for almost forty years. Very pleased with today's deep clean. Thorough and meticulous, the results are good. We all have staining and mine has gone, plus a little scale from those difficult to reach places. Competent team and very personable. Thank you.
