When I say I’m anxious of the dentist, I mean anxious to the point I shake uncontrollably! im absolutely terrified of any dental treatment, wether that’s a clean or a filling. I walked into K3 embarrassed and most of all anxious! From the very first time to walking in there I don’t know what I was so worried about! Georgiana I want to say the greatest Thankyou for making me feel so at ease even if I didn’t show it! To be told you need 2 root canals re-doing knowing full well your petrified of the dentist is the most scariest thing I could have heard! but again I didn’t need to worry! Iv just had them completed and I feel as though I could do it all again without worrying! She is the most kind hearted dentist Iv ever met and the reviews go to show what an amazing person she is! im now on the road to having the smile Iv always wanted and this is just the beginning! It’s a journey im willing to take! Jennifer is also amazing at what she does, she makes me feel at ease everytime I walk in, and I can’t wait for the end result as I trust her 100%. Iv always struggled with the appearance of my smile and it’s effected my life tremendously, to the point I get anxious leaving the house. It took everything in me to take the step to even allow a dentist to look at my teeth after a terrible experience elsewhere. My children deserve to have there mum back, happy and smiling and I’m only a couple of steps away with K3! I just want to say the biggest thankyou to each and everyone of you for genuinely being the most caring and thoughtful people Iv come across. Show less »

My mum had high hopes for this, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations She recently booked an appointment for a full teeth scan. Reception staff for booking the appointment were really helpful that the only thing my mum can say. Got called in for the scan and refused because my mum couldn’t get her piercings out. The woman who was going to do the scan was rude and wouldn’t let my mum speak never even gave her any alternatives. My mum suffers with anxiety and she just talked to her like crap. Disappointed to say the least. Spoke to another clinic and piercings won’t affect the scan and have no problem doing it so don’t know why the woman made it such a big thing and treat my mum badly! When I was first told I needed a root canal, I was incredibly nervous and even turned up twice for the procedure but couldn’t go through with it. Georgiana was so understanding and kind, really taking the time to listen to my concerns and making me feel completely at ease. When I finally did have the procedure, it was completely pain-free. I’m so glad I went through with it, and I appreciate how delicate and gentle she was throughout the whole process.
