I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the job assistance services provided by your consultancy.

Throughout the entire duration of the service, I did not receive even a single interview opportunity. This clearly shows the poor quality and inefficiency of your service. Frankly speaking, applying for jobs and creating a CV are things anyone can do independently, and there was absolutely no added value from your team.

Your representatives made multiple promises regarding job support and interview opportunities, none of which were delivered. These false assurances were misleading and unprofessional. The service was not at all up to the mark and fell far below even basic expectations.

This has been the worst professional service experience I have had so far. I strongly regret choosing Y-Axis and will not recommend your job consultancy services to anyone.

I recently joined Y-Axis for assistance with my job applications. Before I enrolled, the team communicated very positively and assured me that I would receive offer letters before completing the process. They also mentioned that they would apply to around 40 jobs per week, send follow-up emails to recruiters, monitor responses regularly, and ensure timely replies. However, during the first three weeks, only basic Easy apply submissions were made, and my emails were not monitored for two days. When I personally noticed responses from recruiters, they were not followed up on by the team. Despite raising my concerns about this a month before the program ended, no corrective action was taken. Unfortunately, I did not receive any offer letters, and I feel I have lost both my time and money. I satisfied with with the only service is they did send some emails to recruiters. Overall, my experience with Y-Axis has been disappointing and did not meet the expectations set at the beginning. Show less »
