I recently joined Y-Axis for assistance with my job applications. Before I enrolled, the team communicated very positively and assured me that I would receive offer letters before completing the process. They also mentioned that they would apply to around 40 jobs per week, send follow-up emails to recruiters, monitor responses regularly, and ensure timely re... Show more »

I recently joined Y-Axis for assistance with my job applications. Before I enrolled, the team communicated very positively and assured me that I would receive offer letters before completing the process. They also mentioned that they would apply to around 40 jobs per week, send follow-up emails to recruiters, monitor responses regularly, and ensure timely replies. However, during the first three weeks, only basic Easy apply submissions were made, and my emails were not monitored for two days. When I personally noticed responses from recruiters, they were not followed up on by the team. Despite raising my concerns about this a month before the program ended, no corrective action was taken. Unfortunately, I did not receive any offer letters, and I feel I have lost both my time and money. I satisfied with with the only service is they did send some emails to recruiters. Overall, my experience with Y-Axis has been disappointing and did not meet the expectations set at the beginning. Show less »

Still no refund. Be careful — don’t spend your hard-earned money on people or companies like this, who lack professional ethics and conveniently change their policies when it benefits them.
