Amy listened to what I was trying to achieve and created just that! She is lovely and engaging at the same time. First time visiting the Journey salon and it was warm and welcoming. Would 100% recommend the salon, and Amy, to anyone!

I've not had great experiences before, but Sky was really kind, brilliantly chatty, made me feel at home and did a great job.

I didn't catch the name of the person who washed my hair, but she was also really lovely.

I've never returned to a hairdresser before, but I've booked myself in for January which is testament to today's experience. Thank you!

Maria is absolutely amazing! She always takes such great care of my skin and makes me feel completely at ease during every visit.

I saw Zoe last week for a haircut and it is by far the best haircut I have had in my life. She listened, offered suggestions, and was not rushed in the slightest. I will hopefully be seeing her for a colour soon. Recommend xx

Ben was great fun and a fantastic hairdresser. He gave me exactly what I've been looking for, yet was unable to achieve with my previous hairdresser. Went in today on the off chance they had availability and managed to get an appointment with Skye. After having a few hiccups with a previous salon I wanted try somewhere new. I visited Journey today for a hair consultation. From the moment I stepped through the door I felt welcome by the smiley receptionist who greeted me,checked me in,offered me a drink and made me feel at ease. I sat down for a few mins then Ben came over and showed me to a chair where he instantly made me feel comfortable and gave me really good advice as I wasn't sure what I wanted done with my hair.
