Ben was great fun and a fantastic hairdresser. He gave me exactly what I've been looking for, yet was unable to achieve with my previous hairdresser. The colour and cut are perfect and the advice he gave was knowledgeable and experienced. I've already booked my next appointment with him and told him he's my hairdresser for life now! Went in today on the off chance they had availability and managed to get an appointment with Skye. After having a few hiccups with a previous salon I wanted try somewhere new. I visited Journey today for a hair consultation. I sat down for a few mins then Ben came over and showed me to a chair where he instantly made me feel comfortable and gave me really good advice as I wasn't sure what I wanted done with my hair.
