From my first session with Zara I felt like I was talking to a close friend and she has become a cheerleader for me cheering my successes and helping me improve on my lesser qualities.

Every session I have had with her, we laugh and she teaches me something new to help me improve my life.

She is readily available by message if I want to tell her something I’ve done well on a particular day or to warn her that I may have broken on my coffee addiction.
