Worst experience ever rude staff never going again,can you stop lying you put my call on hold saying that you will check with lash girl as she is coming from Blackburn after 20 mins you told me that she cannot come today so you have to cancel my appointment and after that you are expecting me to come down to you again to waste another day of mine,firstly you should have change your avability on Fresha all the time says from 09:00 opening but you open late also if there is any changing with your staff update it as soon as appointments been booked . I booked in for a facial with Nabila it was the worst experience. Not relaxing and a total waste of money. I've been for many facials and they always avoid the eye area. As it says on many products to also avoid the eye area, therefore I wouldn't expect a supposed trained professional to be rubbing face scrub in my eyes. I had to stop mid way through the ap... I booked in for a facial with Nabila it was the worst experience. Not relaxing and a total waste of money.

I've been for many facials and they always avoid the eye area. As it says on many products to also avoid the eye area, therefore I wouldn't expect a supposed trained professional to be rubbing face scrub in my eyes. I had to stop mid way through the appointment due to the pain in my eyes from the little bits in the scrub being in them. She then puts a face mask on my face and disappears, leaving the room for 20 minutes.

My appointment was booked 3-4 and at 3:55 I was still in the room alone with a face mask on. My appointment due to end in 5 minutes and a facial massage, serum and moisturiser still left to do. When Nabila re-entered the room, she said the mask had to be on for half an hour and she was busy doing somebody else’s laser. Unacceptable.

I got my mask removed and had to leave as I only paid for an hours parking and had plans. I explained all of the above to the woman at reception, and they still expected me to pay in full even though I didn’t receive the full treatment. If your appointments aren’t an hour long, don’t advertise them as being an hour long and then take full payment when I didn’t receive everything I paid for. I’m not one to complain booked in for a wax my appointment was at 16:30 I was told they was a little behind on schedule, I said that fine. The time come to 18-10 I was sat downstairs on my own the doors were locked I couldn’t leave the client come down and said she will be with you shortly I asked her please could you just get her to open door for me I want to leave. It was Ramadhan too, I was promised my staff will get in touch with you they will give you a free wax etc. I didn’t want a free a wax I was just really upset that I come as it looked really professional and clean. If I was told after 30 minutes or so that whether I wanted to book In again or something I would have happily agreed but the fact I was sat two hours waiting on my own with the doors locked was not nice. I then contacted them on Instagram and no one got back to me. There was also another woman sat there when I walked in I asked her have you been seen to she said no I have been waiting for 30 minutes I had to ring the phone for someone to attend the desk.
