I booked in for a facial with Nabila it was the worst experience. Not relaxing and a total waste of money. I've been for many facials and they always avoid the eye area. I booked in for a facial with Nabila it was the worst experience. Not relaxing and a total waste of money.

I've been for many facials and they always avoid the eye area. As it says on many products to also avoid the eye area, therefore I wouldn't expect a supposed trained professional to be rubbing face scrub in my eyes. I had to stop mid way through the appointment due to the pain in my eyes from the little bits in the scrub being in them. She then puts a face mask on my face and disappears, leaving the room for 20 minutes.

My appointment was booked 3-4 and at 3:55 I was still in the room alone with a face mask on. My appointment due to end in 5 minutes and a facial massage, serum and moisturiser still left to do. When Nabila re-entered the room, she said the mask had to be on for half an hour and she was busy doing somebody else’s laser. Unacceptable.

I got my mask removed and had to leave as I only paid for an hours parking and had plans. I explained all of the above to the woman at reception, and they still expected me to pay in full even though I didn’t receive the full treatment. If your appointments aren’t an hour long, don’t advertise them as being an hour long and then take full payment when I didn’t receive everything I paid for. I’m not one to complain booked in for a wax my appointment was at 16:30 I was told they was a little behind on schedule, I said that fine. It was Ramadhan too, I was promised my staff will get in touch with you they will give you a free wax etc. I didn’t want a free a wax I was just really upset that I come as it looked really professional and clean. If I was told after 30 minutes or so that whether I wanted to book In again or something I would have happily agreed but the fact I was sat two hours waiting on my own with the doors locked was not nice. I then contacted them on Instagram and no one got back to me. There was also another woman sat there when I walked in I asked her have you been seen to she said no I have been waiting for 30 minutes I had to ring the phone for someone to attend the desk.
