I had my appointment yesterday with the lovely Shelley for some PLLA treatment. I was quite nervous as this was my first time but I needn’t have worried. Shelley totally put me at ease and explained each step of the procedure as we went. She is the ultimate professional and it’s clear she knows exactly what she’s doing. I felt totally at ease and am so pleased I had it done. I can’t wait to see the final results of this in 4-6 weeks and onwards. If yesterday’s initial results are anything to go by, I know I won’t be disappointed! I have been going to Shelley for years and I have had a variety of treatments. I book regularly for my brow wax and tint, initially this was to achieve a good brow shape and now that we’re there it’s nice to maintain this. Shelley always offers her advice on which tint is best and how different skin care can affect the results of the treatment. I have very sensitive skin and Shelley manages this well, even providing different types of wax. I am always pleased with my results and keep going back. After not long ago having a very bad experience with a beautician, I was quite nervous about my appointment for microblading with Shelley, but as soon as I walked in she was immediately warm and friendly and immaculately dressed.
Upon looking around I noticed how clean, bright and calming the salon is.
When I was lay down while Shelley graphed my eyebrows she explained the treatment to me as she was going along so I was fully knowledgable when she started my treatment. She takes a lot of pride in her work and showed me in the mirror how things were going along through the different stages.
I spoke to Shelley through the procedure about other things I wanted done ans unlike some beauticians who would just take your money she explained which ones would work out extremely expensive and which would be within my price range.
When she had finished she was very excited for me to look and tell her what I thought and I was equally excited to have gorgeous looking brows for the first time in ages.
Overall, I found both Shelley and the salon to be immaculate and Shelley was very professional while enjoying her work and being really friendly too and I am looking forward to my next appointment with Shelley and further appointments other members of the team ❤️ Show less »

Shelley is amazing - super professional but also really friendly and down-to-earth. If you're new to waxing or feeling nervous about it, she's perfect. She'll walk you through everything and answer any questions you have, which really helps calm your nerves.

Every single visit has been fantastic. The service is consistent and the results are always great. I keep coming back because I know I can count on her.
