Such a great experience every time I attend horbury dental. Tom and his assistant always go out there way to make sure I’m comfortable. My new baby Arabella has had her first appointment and he is very kind with her and understanding especially when that extra patience is needed. Tom talks through every step which is great customer experience and puts patients at so much ease and he went out his way to fix my chipped tooth today. Just had my third implant completed by Mark. And once again the procedure was explained in great detail. Mark showed me the xrays and scans before treatment started and where the implant would be placed. I can't fault this dental practice for the excellent care I was given. Everything was explained in a way I easily understood. All of the team were friendly and professional. Having recently moved to the area and after hearing positive reviews about Horbury dental I phoned up to schedule an appointment. The receptionist was extremely helpful and made me an appointment with Dr Tom Alison. Dr Alison was very punctual, extremely welcoming and immediately put me at ease. I have nothing but positive words to say about my appointment and the experience with Tom. I came away feeling very reassured that my dental care was in extremely competent hands. Tom did not leave a stone unturned and was able to answer all of my questions. Overall fantastic experience which is something I’ve not been able to say about previous dentists that I have seen. Always a very positive experience at Horbury Dental. Harriet is extremely professional and puts me immediately at ease when in her company. At my last appointment I needed a more in depth treatment than originally expected and I was very grateful that all my options were clearly explained. The process was spoken about in depth and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout.
I also required emergency treatment earlier in the year and and from the moment I called, everyone from the reception team to the clinical staff were incredibly efficient in making sure I was seen and I received the appropriate treatment. They definitely went above and beyond.
It is very obvious everyone at Horbury Dental are experts in their field, putting patient care at the forefront of what they do. Would highly recommend.
I look forward to exploring options of Invisalign at my next appointment. Show less »
