I recently had 2 appts which I arranged face to face and put straight into my diary as they relayed the appt time to me. On both occasions when I arrived for these appts I was told I had the wrong time and I absolutely know that I didn't. The second time I was told that I hadn't even left a deposit when I actually left 50% of the cost of the massage as Debbie had asked for it.
I am now thinking they've made the same mistake with other people as samantha is asking for a 50% non refundable deposit and of course if others have had the wrong appts given like I definitely was the company will be pocketing others deposits too.
Might I just add that I've been a nurse for 46 years and know very well the importance of timings for appts.
Samantha will respond by saying this was my mistake but I can assure anyone that it most definitely was not.
I would strongly suggest going elsewhere but if you still want to go then ask for an appt card and receipt for any deposit you've paid.

I've read your reply.....have you ever thought about submitting it for the booker prize for literature! I never came into your property on that last visit and correspondence was via WhatsApp, the conversations are still on my phone. And as for you saying my review was defamatory! I think your just upset that I gave an honest review that you didn't like.
Im not going to argue with you anymore but I can assure my account of what happened is correct and debbie asked me to leave £10 and if she hasn't put that through your books then maybe you should ask her about that Show less »
