Dr. Pavey did an outstanding job with my masseter/jaw Botox. I needed the treatment for medical reasons, including significant pain and the possibility of teeth erosion from grinding, and I was very relieved to find that she works under a medical license as well. I did extensive research on providers and attended several consultations around Oxfordshire, but no one’s background even remotely compared to Dr. Pavey’s. I was especially impressed with her online bio and credentials. A review on the website says, "Dr. Pavey is a rare find in the world of cosmetic procedures" and I could not agree more!
Since my treatment, I have felt tremendous relief and experienced no issues at all. The injections were perfectly done, and Dr. Pavey was extremely knowledgeable, walking me through each step of the process with care and professionalism. I truly would not let anyone else inject me. In such an unregulated industry, finding a qualified and trustworthy injector can feel daunting, and I am so glad I found Henley Medical Aesthetics.
The only minor improvements I would suggest are allowing intake forms to be completed in the waiting room instead of just before treatment and updating the website with clearer pricing and treatment details. For example, I was unsure if masseter Botox counted as one, two, or three areas. I am also not sure which dermal fillers are available. However, these are small details compared to the overall experience.
I am very happy with my results and will be recommending Henley Medical Aesthetics to others. Show less »

I had a fantastic experience with Henley Medical Aesthetics and I can strongly recommend them. I sent a query via email and had a response and appointment booked in less than an hour. I was seen by Doctor Unwin who besides being a great doctor is very funny and I left as a very happy customer/patient.

I have had three small procedures at this clinic and have found that not only are the staff very welcoming, also the atmosphere on entry is calming and reassuring. Had a small procedure here to close up a hole in my ear lobe.
Amazing outcome, you would never have known i had a procedure done. Dr. Unwin was very friendly and professional throughout the procedure, hes a quirky character. They offer many procedures including Ear piercing. All the staff are lovely, going above and beyond to help.
