She listens to what your desired look is/insecurities and it becomes very evident that she’s an expert in what she does (listen to her!)

Had such a wonderful experience with Mia my first time getting filler. It was super quick and not painful. I love how my lips look. She was great with advising me on care and made me feel super comfortable!

Very happy with results. Only second day but already see a difference. Was my first time having filler so was quite nervous, however my injector Mia was so kind and made me feel at ease. Will definitely be back for top up treatments!

Second time I have been to Bury St Edmunds clinic and would highly recommend. Natiesha has done a fantastic job with my lip filler. Had 0.5ml and looks very good, plump but still natural.

Seen Teish in Bury St Edmunds for my first lip filler and the only thing I regret is not doing it sooner. She took time to explain everything, so professional but in the same time it felt that I was talking to an old friend. I felt at ease and confident that the result will be good.

The whole experience was really great - Sarah listened to what I was trying to achieve and talked me through what we could do and how it would work, made sure I was happy and comfortable at every step of my treatment and really took her time making sure everything was perfect. Only a day later and I am thrilled with my results, I have a tiny bit of swelling but my face looks refreshed and still completely natural which is exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t recommend Sarah highly enough, I’ll definitely be back for a top up when I need it. Show less »

I came to heart aesthetics in cambridge to see mia,she was thorough with the concultation,explaining her techniques and what she was going to do. It’s been just over two weeks since I had a non-surgical nose correction at Heart Aesthetics (Stevenage/Cambridge) with Mia, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was nervous about getting any work done to my face, but Mia was incredibly reassuring, confident in her skills, and completely professional, which instantly put me at ease.

I was really pleased with the result straight after the appointment, but now that the (very minimal) swelling has gone down, I’m even more thrilled with how natural and balanced my nose looks. The transformation is subtle but has made a big difference to my confidence.

I’ll definitely be going back for a top-up before my wedding next year. Highly recommend Mia and Heart Aesthetics to anyone considering non-surgical facial treatments, you’ll feel looked after from start to finish. Show less »

I marked a score down because I was early for my appointment and then had to wait an additional 20 mins. They’ve moved to a new building recently which is shared with other businesses who occupy rooms, but it was 30 degrees and there was no air con so a 40min wait (because I was also early and appointment was delayed) was so uncomfortable. The room itself where I had the treatment was lovely and cool thankfully. And I can’t fault the treatment, I always have a good experience and the practitioner is honest in telling me what I need and what I don’t need so will 100 percent be back. Show less »

I wasn't in any pain at all and for someone's first time ever getting an enhancement done, I can say that I will definitely be going back in the future. I would 100% recommend anyone to this business who is looking to get anything done in a friendly and trustworthy environment.
