Booked in for a personalised filler package with Sarah in Benfleet having never had anything more than Botox before - I liked what I’d seen on their Instagram but was still a bit nervous about changing my face too much. The whole experience was really great - Sarah listened to what I was trying to achieve and talked me through what we could do and how it would work, made sure I was happy and comfortable at every step of my treatment and really took her time making sure everything was perfect. Only a day later and I am thrilled with my results, I have a tiny bit of swelling but my face looks refreshed and still completely natural which is exactly what I wanted. I came to heart aesthetics in cambridge to see mia,she was thorough with the concultation,explaining her techniques and what she was going to do. It’s been just over two weeks since I had a non-surgical nose correction at Heart Aesthetics (Stevenage/Cambridge) with Mia, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was nervous about getting any work done to my face, but Mia was incredibly reassuring, confident in her skills, and completely professional, which instantly put me at ease.

I was really pleased with the result straight after the appointment, but now that the (very minimal) swelling has gone down, I’m even more thrilled with how natural and balanced my nose looks. The transformation is subtle but has made a big difference to my confidence.

I’ll definitely be going back for a top-up before my wedding next year. Highly recommend Mia and Heart Aesthetics to anyone considering non-surgical facial treatments, you’ll feel looked after from start to finish. Show less »

I’ve been coming to the Heart Aesthetics London clinic for years and I’m always happy with the treatment. I marked a score down because I was early for my appointment and then had to wait an additional 20 mins. They’ve moved to a new building recently which is shared with other businesses who occupy rooms, but it was 30 degrees and there was no air con so a 40min wait (because I was also early and appointment was delayed) was so uncomfortable. The room itself where I had the treatment was lovely and cool thankfully. And I can’t fault the treatment, I always have a good experience and the practitioner is honest in telling me what I need and what I don’t need so will 100 percent be back. Show less »

The lady was more than welcoming and talked me through what style I was after and gave me lots of tips to keep my lips looking their best. The lady was more than welcoming and talked me through what style I was after and gave me lots of tips to keep my lips looking their best. She explained about the ultra fine needles she uses and I can honestly say I've never felt so comfortable. I wasn't in any pain at all and for someone's first time ever getting an enhancement done, I can say that I will definitely be going back in the future. I would 100% recommend anyone to this business who is looking to get anything done in a friendly and trustworthy environment.
