I paid £20 for a consultation, which was carried out in the reception area where other customers and the receptionist could see and hear everything. It didn’t feel private at all, and in hindsight, that should have been my first red flag. Still, Karla seemed nice, so I went ahead and booked the eyebrow treatment.
On the day of the appointment, she spent a long time doing measurements, but I ended up with one brow noticeably bigger than the other – completely asymmetrical. As time passed, I became more unhappy with the shape and asked for at least the upper part of the right brow to be removed. She agreed and booked me in for a removal appointment a week later.
I even took time off work to attend, only to receive a vague text at 10:30pm the night before, saying the removal product hadn’t arrived. I replied to express how unfair it was to cancel last minute, especially since I couldn’t cancel the leave I had taken. Her response was that she was a busy mother of four and would reschedule once the product arrived. That was the last I heard from her (month ago) no follow-up, no nothing!
I’ve since gone to someone else to fix the result. I paid £220 for badly done eyebrows, and I wouldn’t trust her to touch my face again. She can keep the money , I’ll never recommend this place.
