I had 1ml of Lip Filler (my first time) with Karla at Halo Aesthetics and I'm absolutely thrilled! Not only is Karla incredibly skilled at what she does, but her excitment and passion for her work is striking. I struggle with anxiety, but Karla's kindness and sincerity made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had numbing cream which made it a totally pain free procedure. What Karla did was nothing short of a miracle for my skin. I booked an emergency appointment as I had a severe allergic reaction to a product I had used from a well known brand. My skin was like sandpaper when I arrived. It hurt when I used facial muscles...it was that bad.
Karla, a skin angel in disguise, fixed my skin by using radiology and hydration....all within an hour and a half. The next day I was amazed that my skin was looking healthy again! Money well spent and a review worthy of her skin talents. Thank you 🥰 Show less »

I paid £20 for a consultation, which was carried out in the reception area where other customers and the receptionist could see and hear everything. It didn’t feel private at all, and in hindsight, that should have been my first red flag. Still, Karla seemed nice, so I went ahead and booked the eyebrow treatment.

On the day of the appointment, she spent a long time doing measurements, but I ended up with one brow noticeably bigger than the other – completely asymmetrical. As time passed, I became more unhappy with the shape and asked for at least the upper part of the right brow to be removed. She agreed and booked me in for a removal appointment a week later.

I even took time off work to attend, only to receive a vague text at 10:30pm the night before, saying the removal product hadn’t arrived. I replied to express how unfair it was to cancel last minute, especially since I couldn’t cancel the leave I had taken. Her response was that she was a busy mother of four and would reschedule once the product arrived. That was the last I heard from her (month ago) no follow-up, no nothing!

I’ve since gone to someone else to fix the result. I paid £220 for badly done eyebrows, and I wouldn’t trust her to touch my face again. She can keep the money , I’ll never recommend this place.

I had the laser teeth whitening with, Ellie she was very professional and friendly.
Made sure I was comfortable before starting and was very helpful throughout the treatment. All round great experience.

Karla is very knowledgeable and professional. She was very welcoming and gave good aftercare advice. I will definitely book in again. I was told not everyone sees results straight away but you can clearly see in picture you can. Thank you Karla.

I have never had Botox before but thought I would give it a go. I wanted to look less tired in my mid 40’s in the face. I wanted a natural looking result which Karla understood and made me feel at ease. I’m pleased I now look more refreshed and years younger!
