I’ve got my tear trough filler here and I was extremely disappointed. I got this filler done 5 weeks before my wedding and it ended really badly. I’ve got my tear trough filler here and I was extremely disappointed. I got this filler done 5 weeks before my wedding and it ended really badly. I had big lump under my eye and it was really overfilled. The response I’ve got was that this will go down and heal in two weeks however I had tear trough done in past with someone else and it was never like this. Also, the injector here said that if it won’t go down they will dissolve it free of charge however she couldn’t guarantee anything and she wouldn’t be able to fill it back in in time for my wedding. Kept calling me impatient and problematic and I was so scared to go there again even for dissolving. I booked with tear trough professional in Birmingham to review it and dissolve it for me and she was shocked how they did this treatment here how there was no merging or consistency of the filler placement it was literally stuck in one place. It wouldn’t go down in two weeks time and the responses I’ve got were really unprofessional they even advised me that I am not welcome there anymore. I would never go back, the only thing I would take back is ever going there. Also, cherry on top is that the injector said that every client is the same…We literally all have different face, eyes, the placement of the filler should be done according to your facial features. First time I’ve been to Hannah for treatment and honestly the most loveliest girl ever! She was very welcoming and made me feel at ease at my first appointment. She spoke with me about what my outcome and goal is and what she felt would be most suitable for me. She explained the treatment and the different stages of the process and throughout the treatment she asked if I was okay and explained what she would be doing next. Very easy to talk with which made the treatment very relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be recommending Hannah to other people in the same situation as myself.
