I recently had some work done at Green Square. One of my teeth had broken and after a thorough consultation, I decided to have an implant. Rhianna & Duncan were both amazing and talked me through the entire procedure. They put my mind at ease and it was a very positive experience. I now have a lovely implant, instead of a large gap and I am so pleased with it. All of the staff are amazing and the Receptionists are lovely, friendly & helpful. My experience at Green Square Dental couldn’t have gone any better than it did. The whole team from the reception staff to the dental nurses are so friendly and welcoming, they really helped put my nerves at ease. Duncan was highly professional, knowledgable and kind; he really made me feel relaxed despite the unpleasant circumstances of having to undergo dental surgery and implantation. He explained every step of the process, answered any and all questions I had, and tried his best to accommodate the limited timeframe I had to complete the procedure. I have just been to my first appointment at this dental practice, I saw the dentist called Joby, I am a really nervous patient and the staff all put me at ease, from my initial phone call to walking through the door and seeing the dentist. I truly wish I could give this dentist more than 5 stars! Although it wasn’t my first visit today, I was scheduled for a wisdom tooth extraction, and I was feeling extremely anxious. I truly wish I could give this dentist more than 5 stars! Although it wasn’t my first visit today, I was scheduled for a wisdom tooth extraction, and I was feeling extremely anxious. I had to reschedule a few times due to a flare-up of vertigo, so I was nervous about inconveniencing anyone.

Cheryl was incredibly understanding and kind, easing my worries about rescheduling. She reassured me that everything was fine and even let me come in later than originally planned. I first saw Matthew for a review, and he confirmed that the extraction was definitely needed. He was so knowledgeable and comforting, making the entire experience so much less stressful. He then scheduled me for the procedure the following week.

When the day came for my extraction, Duncan took care of the procedure. Despite my anxiety and the need to be cautious of my vertigo, it went smoothly. Duncans expertise was so reassuring he talked me down from a panic attack.I really can’t recommend this team enough. The clinic itself is gorgeous, and everyone there is so welcoming and kind.
