Would not go here - I wanted to give 0 stars!!! I booked an appointment that required a patch test. Before paying the deposit - I called the shop to ensure I could get the test done in time (before they close at 5:30PM). Please be aware that they actually close the shop earlier - at 5:20pm. They were in the shop but wouldn't answer the phone. The next morning I rang several times to rebook the patch test and was greeted with the phone being hung up. Going elsewhere. Show less »

Cheap roll on wax used for legs…never seen wax applied like that, so searched it when I came home and it’s basically the cheapest nastiest option. They also rushed as they accidentally took someone who came on the wrong day before me. Cheap roll on wax used for legs…never seen wax applied like that, so searched it when I came home and it’s basically the cheapest nastiest option. They also rushed as they accidentally took someone who came on the wrong day before me. I didn’t understand what the woman was telling me, and before I knew it I had 2 women rolling wax on my legs and waxing like it was a speed competition. Will never be back. My legs are in a HORRIFIC state. No reputable therapist would wax that quickly. Really really shocking lack of knowledge and care. Show less »

I went here yesterday, said my eyebrows were ok as I can’t see without my glasses. Fast forward to today, they’ve completely ruined my eyebrows. I know eyebrows are meant to be sisters not twins, but come on in all my years of getting my eyebrows threaded they have never been this awful and uneven. One is clearly bigger than the other. Please please please for the sake of your eyelashes do not get a lash lift here. I originally had a lash lift here quite a few years ago and it was great, I had two after that were not so good and dropped the curl quickly after a day. Please please please for the sake of your eyelashes do not get a lash lift here. I originally had a lash lift here quite a few years ago and it was great, I had two after that were not so good and dropped the curl quickly after a day. That was a year ago, so I thought I would brave it again as the location is convenient and I had one good experience! It will definitely be the last time I ever go here and I’m so disappointed. The lash lift technician was nice but whilst the solution was on my lashes she was fitting in other customers, so ended up leaving the solution on for much longer than it should be. The process was painful as when she wiped my eyes she opened them, so I could barely see by the time it was finished. It was only when I got home that I saw the extent of the damage. My eyelashes were completely FRIED! Since then, my lashes have been snapping off and falling out. I am so upset by this as they look worse every day since, I have been applying oil to them every day since to try and hydrate them as they are so brittle, but nothing seems to work. So they will stay like this for at least 6 weeks.

I was not going to write this review as I think it’s only fair to give the salon a chance to rectify it. However, I emailed three times and was ignored, I then messaged on WhatsApp and got a response saying they would give me a refund, but when I provided my bank details and asked for any advice on how to stop my lashes snapping off, I was ignored. 8 days after calling and messaging and being ignored, I was finally given the refund but I was so upset at how my messages were just read and ignored with no apology or remorse from the person who eventually answered my call. I understand they are busy but they have caused extreme damage to my lashes. I spent a lot of time getting them healthy (I have provided a before photo so you can see just how bad the damage is). The photos don’t even do it justice as to how badly they are damaged, I have had people ask me if I burned my lashes off!

Worst experience I have ever had in a salon ever! Will never be going back, and would advise anyone else looking for a lash lift to avoid it too. Show less »
