Had my first visit to Golbylocks last week and am so happy with my hair! I was going from a bleached Blonde back to my natural colour which is darker. Zoe was lovely and really helpful - I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she recommended a different process to what I’d booked in for, explained it all to me and told me the new cost it would be and then gave me the option of whether I’d like to go with that instead - I decided to go with what she recommended and so glad I did! She was really thorough, consulted me throughout the entire process on what I’d like for my cut, layers, fringe ect. Everyone was really friendly, the lovely lady on reception offered me a cup of tea. The whole process was really great and highly recommend the salon! I had my hair coloured and cut by Charlotte, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon! She transformed my dark brown hair into the most beautiful, vibrant copper shade — it’s absolutely stunning and exactly what I was hoping for (if not better!). Professional and welcoming. Danielle makes sure I am comfortable with the treatments and checking in to ensure I was happy with my decision. We spoke about what colour was right for me. I trust them which made the decision to switch from blonde to dark easier. They know their clients and what’s best for their individual needs. Highly recommend and thank you love it! Show less »
