I honestly can’t recommend Nina enough. This was my first ever cosmetic procedure, and I was nervous, unsure, and a bit scared if I’m honest. I didn’t like the shape of my lips before, but Nina completely changed how I feel about myself.

She used LUMIFIL injections to gently shape my lips, and the whole experience was so much better than I ever expected. From the moment I arrived, her workspace was tidy, warm, and welcoming. She was ready for me, professional yet so kind and patient. Nina took her time explaining everything, checked with me every step of the way, and always made sure I was comfortable. She even handed me a mirror to see the progress throughout, which I really appreciated.

What touched me most was how caring, ethical, and understanding she is. You can tell she truly loves what she does and genuinely wants you to feel beautiful in your own skin. She gave me clear aftercare advice, stayed in touch for support, and made sure I felt looked after even after leaving the appointment.

I absolutely love my lips now. It’s a big step for me, and I’m so happy I trusted her with it. If you’re thinking about doing it for the first time and feel nervous, don’t go anywhere else – you’re in safe hands with Nina. She’s not only incredibly talented but also beautiful inside and out.
