Me and my Fiancée have been using glow for the past 8 weeks as we get ready for our wedding day. we have been using the tanning booth and it is clean and always available. I have been using Barbering by Beth and have numerous hair cuts and beard shapes and even a beard tint to hide some greys and i have been very impressed with her work.

My Fiancée has used Lets Get Lashed and will also has hair appointments for herself and our daughters as its now very obvious that Glo is a one stop shop for both a Males and Females pampering needs.

Every member of staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter.

Absolutely awful salon ..Granddaughter (13) went with a picture of what she wanted ..The stylist cut her hair nothing like the style and ,wonky and a chunk missing?..She went back and the redo was still not like the style she wanted ..Messaged the salon with pictures ,was told to speak to stylist direct ..Spoke to stylist asking for refund ..She wanted to re... Absolutely awful salon ..Granddaughter (13) went with a picture of what she wanted ..The stylist cut her hair nothing like the style and ,wonky and a chunk missing?..She went back and the redo was still not like the style she wanted ..Messaged the salon with pictures ,was told to speak to stylist direct ..Spoke to stylist asking for refund ..She wanted to redo the cut ..No way ..Eventually agreed to refund ..Went to the shop and we spoke ..I was then admonished by ,I don't know if owner or another stylist for shouting ..To me I wasn't shouting ,I explained I had,had a stroke and some hearing loss on right side, to be told well keep it down and I'm now getting volatile??..Wow ..Really ..Offered to speak outside so wasn't in salon to be told no ..Was sorting things with stylist and we were getting somewhere altho going in circles ..Then accused my daughter of maybe cutting it after granddaughter left the salon??..Reaching now hey..O was told off like a child a few times by the other stylist and told to wrap it up now ..Hang on a minute, I was told I could have a refund so give me and I'll go ..So unprofessional and if you have an unhappy client surely they shouldn't be spoken to the way they were and accused of sabotaging their own hair ..Absolutely shocking..Picture 1 what she wanted ..2 first cut ..3 re cut Show less »
