Do not recommend. Got a package deal done here, I got botox, lips, cheeks and vitamin C boost. Firsty, she cancelled my appointment on the same day a few hours before appointment for a ‘family emergency’ then refused refund with a petty excuse and told me I would have to re-book so I did. Do not recommend. Got a package deal done here, I got botox, lips, cheeks and vitamin C boost. Firsty, she cancelled my appointment on the same day a few hours before appointment for a ‘family emergency’ then refused refund with a petty excuse and told me I would have to re-book so I did. A week later she then done only half of the botox treatment and told me she will contact me after checking her diary to book me in for my second lot of botox (baring in mind I had paid for the full treatment). Quite abit of time had gone past with no message from her for a new appointment, so I messaged her myself asking when I could get my other half of Botox done. She then responded saying it was my fault that I hadn’t booked the appointment (although she told me she was checking her diary and she would contact me with an appointment date and time which never happened, she clearly forgot) and proceeded to tell me if I wanted the second half of Botox WHICH I HAD PAID FOR, then I will have to book a new appointment and I would have to pay FULL PRICE again. Very unprofessional. My lip and cheek filler disappeared after about a month too. Far too pricey for the service you get and for the filler to disappear so soon. Show less »
