Now 6 months post op, signed off from check ups and looking and feeling great! Gary managed to keep my scar low, despite me being a slightly awkward case. The difference in the strength of my core muscles is especially astounding.

I have had two other procedures one done in the UK the other abroad and the experience I had with Dr Ross was far superior on all levels.

The time he spends both before, during and after is fantastic. My initial consultation was informative and thorough there is no time limit and you are encouraged to ask and question throughout. He is realistic in what he can achieve and in my opinion underplayed just how good the final results would be and how good he is at what he does. There is no hard sell and you don't feel rushed or pushed into anything.

I had a face and neck lift and upper eye surgery. After the operation I was only in pain for a few days. Although uncomfortable for several weeks it was easy to cope with. The bruising and swelling was much less than I had anticipated and I was surprised at how good it looked after only a few days. The care I received from everyone, Dr Ross, his team, the anesthetist, nurses, porters everyone at the hospital was superb. When you go home Dr Ross and his team are contactable if you need them. After my final appointment I was told I would welcome to email, call or visit if I needed to speak to him which was brilliant and surpassed the previous care I had received when being treated by the other surgeons.

The results comparing my before and after pictures and looking in the mirror were beyond my expectations. Dr Ross has magic hands and is an expert in what he does. Gary and his team were amazing from my initial consultation right through to the aftercare. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of getting a surgical procedure done to consider Gary. I was quite nervous before having my rhinoplasty as this was my first time having any type of surgery, however Gary really put me at ease. He took the time to explain the procedure and any risks before I made the decision to go ahead and there was absolutely no pressure. The procedure went really well and although I am only 6 weeks post-op and won't see my 'final' result for a little while yet, I am already thrilled and have so much more confidence in my appearance. Gary really listened to what I wanted, he reduced my dorsal hump and improved my side profile, but most importantly he ensured that the result was natural enough so that I still looked like myself.
