This was my first visit to this salon. I did have to wait almost 15 mins to be seen, when I finally was seen to there seemed to be another member of staff who was going to observe my pedicure - that did make me uncomfortable. I wanted a dark cat eye, but was given two charts with lighter colours. The receptionist came to ask for the chart as another client was also requesting this. During the actual pedicure the lady serving me was polite. However, she used force when buffing my nails which led to my small toe nail bleeding profusely- she did apologise but I did not get a good first impression of this place. My toe is still stinging now. When I went to pay the two members of staff sat at reception were looking through photos on a mobile, until they realised I was there to pay. Show less »

I’ve been to this nail salon once or twice in the past, but my most recent experience was simply awful. I wanted holiday nails before christmas for a gel manicure and was unhappy from start to finish.

The technician I was assigned to, Shani, was very unprofessional and lacked basic attention to detail. Her personal appearance and hygiene were concerning and made the experience uncomfortable from the outset. She had ear wax coming out of her ears and thick chunks of dandruff visibly showing in her hair. Still I did not allow this to change my judgement. However during the manicure, gel polish was left all over my skin and not cleaned up properly. The application itself was poor the sides of several nails were missed completely, and I had to repeatedly point out obvious mistakes and keep explaining again and again the design I wanted because she wouldnt remember. It was only until I came home after I noticed she missed the sides out.

Unfortunately, I had already booked a pedicure a few days later and was given the same technician again! What a nightmare! Once again, the service did not meet even basic expectations, and I felt uncomfortable with the lack of care and professionalism.

The worst part is that within just two days, my gel manicure fully peeled off. For something that is meant to last weeks, this is completely unacceptable. I’ve attached photos to show how badly the nails deteriorated in such a short time.

In total, I spent around £60 at this salon, only for my nails to chip and peel almost immediately. This suggests very low-quality products and poor technique.

I won’t be returning, even for a fix or replacement it’s simply not worth the effort or time, especially as I don’t live nearby. I would strongly recommend avoiding this salon if you’re looking for professional, long-lasting nail services. The owner needs to invest in better staff if they want repeat customers. Show less »

I recently had my laser treatment done at FullStop Aesthetics, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Rupal, who carried out my treatment, was absolutely amazing — professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session.

The results after just one session are unbelievable, far better than I expected. And the deal price was so affordable, almost the same as what I used to pay for waxing, but with far longer-lasting results.

Don't waist your money and time. I just came back from my appointment and I'm absolutely fuming. I didn't book any specific lashes extensions because I wanted to speak with the technician first. I told her that I always have my lashes done so they look very full. Receptionist apparently booked me in for hybrid lashes which i never booked because I would never have lashes like that done. Technician decided to do hybrid even that that wasn't what I wanted. She was pulling on my lashes so hard that I'm pretty sure she pulled some of my natural lashes out. Her hands smell of cigarettes. She put so much tape on me forehead and under my eyes that I felt like she's ripping my skin off when she was removing it from my face. They wanted me to pay £95 for these lashes which is a joke!!! The lashes are twisting and turning in every direction my eyes are red. Picture was taken straight after I came back home. She claims that the lashes she used are hand made but I highly doubt it. I've been doing my lashes for over 10 years. They always feel soft the one she used are stiff and feel weird. There are gaps where she missed and didn't put any extensions on my natural lashes. Best nail shop I’ve been too in a long time. The price is very reasonable, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The manager is also very helpful and nice asking everyone that enters if they would like a cup of coffee or tea. Most nail shops don’t do this. Last time I got white french acrylic toes and nails (last year December); they lasted a long time before I needed an infill. My toes lasted for 5-6 weeks whilst my nails lasted 4 weeks.

Definitely will be coming here more frequently. Show less »
