I’ve had a number of treatments at Frejya in Nantwich and continue to be a loyal customer.

The staff, in particular Laura and Hattie who I have regular treatments with, are really helpful, very personable and knowledgeable. From the moment you step through the door the experience is friendly and professional. All pre-care and aftercare is communicated clearly.

Digital bookings and reminders are really helpful.

When you ask for advice on your skin/recommended products there is no sell just genuine support to help you with your individual needs.

I recently had a mole/lesion check at Freyja Medical in Nantwich. I struggle with quite severe health anxiety, so I was extremely nervous and anxious beforehand. However, from the very first phone call to book the appointment right through to the check-up itself, the team were absolutely fantastic and put me completely at ease.

A special thank you to Dr James Dean, who carried out the check with such professionalism and reassurance. I couldn’t recommend Freyja Medical highly enough and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

My first and subsequent contacts with them were great, so helpful to sort out an appointment time and place. The facility was easy to find, ample parking, lovely ambiance, and brilliant staff who were courteous and efficient, making sure I was well informed.

Yesterday I had my first appointment with Claire at the clinic . It was a really great experience from start to finish. Every staff member was so welcoming and I felt in very safe hands . Spotlessly clean clinic and professional staff. Following a thorough but reassuring consultation I felt ready for my treatment. Claire was excellent and explained the procedure throughout .I am very pleased with the results and I highly recommend this clinic for any aesthetic treatments and will be returning for more in the future. I love visiting Freyja for my treatments! The staff are so friendly , kind and professional and I feel completely at ease. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone wishing to have procedures/ treatments as you will always receive honest advice and nothing will be offered that isn’t suitable for you. I wish I could afford to go more regularly!!!

I am pleased with the results of the skin procedure I received, which was in a difficult and noticeable area to extract, but I cannot recommend enough Freyja, for the professional manner in which I was treated, and the care that I received, before, during and after the procedure was done.
