I had a really disappointing experience at Frances & Co. I had booked a full set of lash extensions to be done by Charlotte however when receiving the reminder it had been changed with out any one notifying me to be done by Elena (I had purposely booked with Charlotte after seeing Elena work on instagram). I really should have gone with my gut feeling and cancelled the appointment, the removal process was very painful (had removal plenty of times and have never experienced any discomfort), the lash process started and it just felt really rushed (as she works back to back which is fine but there is absolutely no gap between clients and started the next client while I was still there with no sanitisation or changing of tools which is a health and safety concern). Constant picking and separating of my lashes (it felt as if all my lashes were stuck together and she kept separating them which was also painful), throughout the whole process I already knew the lashes were not going to be done in the correct way, once I had opened my eyes I had all this gunk type stuff stuck onto my eye lid as if the remover hadn’t been cleaned off properly, the lashes were shocking.. I have honestly been getting my lashes done for years and this is the worst set I have seen on myself, Elena already knew she had messed up and started all her excuses before I had even seen them (and then went onto blame me saying I was late when I wasn’t and that’s why she wants able to do a full set).. that’s when I knew they were going to be bad. The quality of the lashes them self are very poor, they feel very plastic like. Elena either needs to undergo a lot more training or maybe accept that lashing isn’t for her, you can’t offer a service you can’t deliver on. To finish on a positive note, I had my nails done by Geanina and I loved them. Geanina is very experienced and knows what she is doing. She has excellent customer service and is very knowledgable about her craft. I couldn’t recommend Geanina enough, you won’t regret it. Show less »

I got my nails done from her, everything was perfect an accurate in details! Nails made perfectly and very clean service. Geanina is very friendly and knowledgeable, she clearly knows what she’s doing and how.
Highly recommend this place for manicure, gel polish, pedicure, she also offer medical pedicure service which is great! I think I have just found my muse for my nails from now on!
