I have visited four18 for many years and always felt cared and understood when discussing my concerns around botox or medication. The Dr has always informed me of all the potential side effects, and even took the time to go over all elements of my aftercare.

I have recently noticed a skin tag that had me slightly worried. The clinic booked me in within days rather than the 3 weeks I was told by the NHS. After my visit and removal, the Dr again had me back for a follow up.

They may not realise, but those extra appointments have saved me many sleepless nights. Show less »

I recently visited the clinic after a noticing a number of wrinkles in several areas on my face. After a consultation, I realised the huge difference it makes having a Doctors opinion rather then a so called practitioner. I recently visited the clinic after a noticing a number of wrinkles in several areas on my face.
After a consultation, I realised the huge difference it makes having a Doctors opinion rather then a so called practitioner.
I gained a clear understanding of how to best take care of my skin and actually saved money by only having Botox where needed.

After 2 weeks I was called in for a review. And a small top up.
At this appointment I was given even further information on my aftercare.
It was a joy to experience and the dr and staff were amazing.

I have been to this clinic before a few times and it was okay, the results were okay…..nothing spectacular but okay.

I am writing this review from my most recent visit last Saturday. I had taken my daughter to have some treatment and when we got into the room and she sat down, the doctor pulled at her skin tag that was on her face and said “ I can get rid of that”. She was taken aback as this was not the treatment or consultation that she had been expecting. She is very conscious of the ones on her face.

She did continue with her booked treatment and then we got into the car and she burst into tears, explaining that the doctor had hurt her and that she felt terrible about what he had said. I have to say, I was extremely angry and did go back into the clinic, leaving my daughter in the car.

I did speak to the doctor who apologised to me but by then the damage was done.

I have to say that I did find this doctor a bit on the cocky side but his total lack of patient awareness and lack of care and feelings, in this case, was unbelievable.

I won’t be going back to this clinic for my treatments and I wanted to write this review to make other people aware that these places should be a place of reassurance and support, at the very least it should be a place of professionalism. In this situation it fell short of all of these things. Show less »
