I had my first tattoo removal session at Forever Clinic, and it honestly wasn’t as bad as I expected! The treatment was a bit painful, but the whole process is over quite quickly if you power through, so it was definitely manageable. Daniella checked in to make sure I was okay and explained everything clearly before and after the session and let me know during how far we had left which helped.
I also really appreciated that all the aftercare information is available on their website, which is super helpful in case you forget anything that’s explained during your initial appointment. Overall, it was a really reassuring experience for my first treatment, and I’d definitely recommend Forever Clinic to anyone thinking about getting tattoo removal done. Show less »

Daniela is one of the most qualified beauty therapists and aesthetic masters that I have ever met (And I have met a few). She always gives honest and sound advice. I manage a business myself, and I would never allow anyone on my team to speak to a client the way my friend was spoken to. I went to Forever Clinic with my friend to support her during a laser tattoo removal session, and I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by what I witnessed. I manage a business myself, and I would never allow anyone on my team to speak to a client the way my friend was spoken to.

My friend was clearly in pain and repeatedly asked to stop, which is a completely reasonable request during a procedure like this. Instead of showing care or patience, Daniella seemed annoyed — as if stopping was an inconvenience to her. She appeared rushed, unkind, and more interested in getting the appointment over with than making sure my friend was comfortable or safe.

With any cosmetic or laser treatment, the client’s wellbeing should always come first. Based on what I saw, Daniella lacks the professionalism and empathy required to perform these procedures responsibly. Frankly, I don’t believe someone who treats clients this way should even hold a license to perform such treatments.

I have never witnessed anything like this before. Please, do yourself a favor and go to another clinic — no one deserves to be treated the way my friend was. Show less »

Daniela should not have a license for tattoo removal.
This procedure is incredibly painful and I unfortunately have had over 10 sessions (previously with sk:n Cheltenham which were nothing short of fantastic).
Booked with Forever clinic due to cheap price on laser tattoo removal and the service reflects that.
Daniela did not go through anything I.e, aftercare (which is a major factor in successful laser tattoo removal), she had the worst attitude and came across extremely hostile and at points refused to stop when asked to when the pain was too much. Daniela had no bedside manner and was incredibly rude. I had a friend come with me and she was thoroughly shocked and requested I find somewhere else, something which I completely agree with.
Avoid and do not trust this woman to practice on you. Show less »

Daniela is the best practitioner I have ever been to and I will never be going anywhere else. She is friendly and welcoming and makes you feel completely at ease.
